The boat was extremely responsive and the place was clean and as advertised. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. It is a great location and well kept.

This unit has a fantastic ocean front location and is VERY large. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are separated nicely and made for super separation of space. Decor is a bit dated but the unit had everything we could need and the setting was special. We love being so close and walkable to Alii Drive. There is an elevator (we didn't know this when checking in) and a parking garage (also didn't know that) but both of those made getting luggage and groceries upstairs easy. Highly recommend for a larger family.

Great place. Enjoyed whale watching from balcony. Pool was nice. Quick walk to Kehei main street restaurants and shops.

The condo was in good condition and the 3 bedrooms would be ideal for a family gathering or for a large family. This trip was our third stay at the Kona Reef condominiums and we always enjoyed listening to the waves, viewing the sunsets and cruise ships and taking the short walk into town for shopping or eating at the restaurants.

Recommended! Roomy, comfortable unit on the water with a spectacular panoramic view up and down the coast and a 5-minute into town via Ali'i Dr. Great kitchen with up-to-date appliances. Main rooms and master BR have AC and other bedrooms have fans, which kept nighttime temps comfortable. Check-in/out was easy, grounds/pool are well-maintained and on-site personnel were very nice for the few quick questions we had. Will 100% book this unit again next time we come to Kona!

This property location is excellent as it’s a short walk to Kona restaurants and shops and a small beach adjacent to property. Of course the view is incredible with gorgeous sunset views. We found the beds comfortable and AC handled the humid weather while we were there. The stairs were only 2 flights and not steep so worked for us. As mentioned in other reviews the track lighting in primary bedroom does not work and carpets need cleaned/replaced.

Convenient location, enjoyed many activities around Kona, walkable to town. Several great snorkeling beaches in the area. Easily accommodated 6 adults, enjoyed the lanai and views every morning and evening! The pool /hot tub are great. The only issues is the carpet is stained in several spots, some outlets don’t work, and the dishwasher smells musty. But that being said, I would definitely book again. Location made everyone in our group happy!

Great family time

Great condo, for us and our two grown boys and their girlfriends. The location is great for walking into town, great patio to watch the sunset and totally enjoyed the pool/hot tub/grill area.

Everything really was perfect, especially the location. We walked to everything, including our luau, the farmers market, local entertainment, and food. The view from the balcony was spectacular with not only beautiful rocks and water, but also lots of people on boogie boards and surfboards in the water. I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful Oceanfront

Our accommodations in this beautiful oceanfront condo helped to make our stay fun and memorable. The property includes a Lovely pool area with 4 gas grills for family dinners overlooking the ocean.

Ocean front Kona dream vacation

Kona Reef was the perfect accommodation for my family: myself, spouse and 3 adult women, The view is fantastic. Sunsets and morning coffee was beautiful. The condo is easy walk to shops and restaurants. Condo was clean, well appointed and very conferrable.

The location, the view and the amenities are a amazing! But the only reason I hesitate to put the 5 star is because some of the appliances were old and the dishwasher was broken, it does need a revamp in some of the pans, kitchen utensils, fans and lighting fixtures.But if you aren’t staying inside too long is a great place!
