Velkommen til dit smukt udpegede hawaiiske gemmested med udsigt over Stillehavet, så langt øjet kan se. Denne anden etage, end-unit condo i det populære Kona Reef kompleks har ekstra vinduer til at tage i alle de spektakulære landskaber fra køkkenet, stuen og Lanai.

Kona Reef F11 er lyst og luftig med opgraderinger som granit bordplader, kvalitetsskabe og fliser og trælamineret gulv. Kona Reef F11 har også aircondition, trådløst højhastigheds-internet, kabel og vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Den indbydende soveværelse suite tilbyder eget fjernsyn, en loftsventilator og udsigt over bjergene samt et komplet badekar med et brusebad med bruseniche med flodgulv. Enheden har også et fuldt udstyret køkken med bar siddepladser, sammen med en rummelig og komfortabel stue og spiseplads.

Stuen på Kona Reef F11 strømmer ud til en privat lanai, hvor gæsterne kan nippe deres morgenkaffe, nyde en afslappet frokost eller slappe af på en udendørs middag mens de stirrer på havet. Kona Reef samfund tilbyder også en oceanfront, opvarmet, saltvand pool, samt en spa, grillfaciliteter og masser af sikker parkering.

En kort vej gennem haverne fører til en fantastisk sandstrand Honl's Beach. Lige syd for byen er Kona Reef en kort en blok spadseretur fra alle restauranter, natteliv og shopping af den berømte Alii Drive. Snorkling, vandreture, sunset cruises, manta ray dives, kaffe gård ture, historiske steder, ridning og andre eventyr er også i nærheden i dette ideelt beliggende feriemål.

Great location with a great view! Really appreciate the cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. A/C worked well but the A/C in the bedroom is VERY LOUD periodically through the night. Starter supply kit was plentiful. We loved having island coffee as part of the starter kit. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the Kona Reef Complex. We have stayed there 6-7 times. Great Location. There were 3 issues with this condo. One, the air conditioner in the bedroom was very noisy. Every 5-6 minutes it would sound like a motor starting up and last for a minute or two. Second, the box spring in the bedroom has a very large yellow/brownish stain on the side. Third, its an end unit and the street noise was loud. (older windows) Between the air conditioner and the street noise we didn't sleep well. I did call the management company to let them know.

Kona Reef F11 apartment was perfect - location with lovely sea view, large balcony, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, easy walking distance to restaurants. Communication for check-in and check-out was easy and clear. Everything was exactly as described; highly recommend.

The unit itself was awesome, clean, equipped with what I needed. Great view, peaceful. Although, I was not aware of the remodeling that was happening in building C. Some noise.My main complaint was the check-in and out process. I never received the link ahead of time for the entrance code, pool key location and parking pass info. If it wasn't for the onsite Kona Reef property management company helping me navigate the Travelocity website for contact info for the unit the day I arrived, I would not have been able to know how to access the entrance code! It was a very concerning and disappointing, especially, because the office was closing soon. Eventually, they found a contact phone number to get me to the owners PM company, and it finally worked out. Stressful! I checked my email and cell phone history and there was no links. Plus I was not able to access the checkout procedure. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

Great location

We loved our stay, the location was great to walk into town. Great restaurants close by to sit and relax by the ocean. The condo was clean and met our needs for the long weekend. We had a rental car to go explore the island during the day, but enjoyed walking into town for dinner and drinks in the evenings.

Our stay was wonderful, except for the bedroom AC. It was extremely loud and woke me up several time

Great place for everything. You can walk to just about anywhere.

Well spent a lot of time in the room. We both caught really bad colds. Still did some things. If we ever come back we’re renting this condo again. Thank you for letting us use your place.

Great location

This place was great! Super walkable to restaurants, shops and bars. We spent most of our days exploring the island, returning “home”, and then walking over to get dinner, drinks, or anything we realized we needed from the convenient store. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, ac was lovely, and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Watching the sun go down just feet from the ocean on the loungers on the grass was so relaxing, and the jacuzzi and pool were a nice luxury before calling it a night. Would definitely book again, miss it already so much!

Beautiful View

The ocean view was really spectacular and the condo was very clean. There is some significant road noise from Ali’i drive, especially in the bedroom. Parking was convenient and there is an elevator nearby.

Excellent Location

The property's location is excellent. It's within walking distance from the shops yet far enough away to not be caught up in all the commotion. It's also right next to a little beach. The communication with the management was excellent. They were very accommodating and provided a nice welcome basket. The check-in process was also very easy. The only knock is the cleanliness could have been.a bit better.

Great place. View of ocean from balcony was awesome! Unit was very comfortable and well equipped. Having a washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Particularly liked it that we could walk to town for dinner or drinks. Strongly recommend.

The property is well equipped and very clean. We have stayed in this u it multiple times and plan to return. We love the pool and the view of whales, dolphins and passing boats and surfers.

Great condo!

We stayed at Kona Reef F11 for a week and it was perfect. The condo has everything you might need. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the living room and bedroom works great! The view from the lanai is awesome and we spent every morning out there with our coffee. We will definitely be back!

Great Place

We loved our vacation rental! The condo provided many things that were so useful- beach chairs, a small cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A beautiful view and a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, and it was clean.
