Our home name, Belle Vue, means "BEAUTIFUL VIEW” That is truly what you get here and so much more!

Our 4th floor, corner, penthouse unit, in an elevator building, has amazing views and is in the 24hr guard gated community of Bonita National Golf & Country Club located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida.

The views are incredible, day or night! Ideally located on the fairway of the 1st hole, over-looking the waterways and the beautiful clubhouse. The sunset views are INCREDIBLE to watch as you sit on the lanai to enjoy them. The unit is just steps away from 2 of the 3 satellite pools and a short walk to the clubhouse and main pool area. Grills are available at each satellite pool for your convenience.

Our fully furnished, professionally decorated condo provides a peaceful and relaxing environment with everything that you need for your vacation escape.

The long elegant hallway leads you to the amazing views from the living area.

You will enjoy the open floor plan with great views from the living space. Main living area has a large 75” Samsung Smart TV, new leather love seat and sofa with recliners. (UPDATED PICTURES COMING SOON)

If you need to stay connected while enjoying paradise and need to do a little remote working then we have you covered with a large work desk area, new Serta brand desk chair, a wireless printer and speedy wi-fi throughout and extra 27" LED monitor.

The kitchen & bar area is fully equipped with everything you need for dining at home and entertaining. We have a 6 top table in dining area for enjoying meals or having game night with friends.

Our condo is the “Bellini” model with a unique layout with both bedrooms in the front area of the condo, so you do not hear the golf course maintenance early in the am since they typically start that at 6am to get the course ready for that day’s play.

✔The Master Bedroom has the added perk of a remote-controlled adjustable “Cooltex” mattress. Just press the buttons and you can adjust the bed for “anti-snoring” positions. (We can’t guarantee to stop all snoring. LOL) The master has an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk in shower. Large walk in closet and a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV.

✔The 2nd bedroom also has a wonderfully cozy king bed, 42-inch Samsung Smart TV and adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

We supply all your linens, towels, beach towels, bedding, tons of hangars and have a supply of essential household products to get you started. We have a full-size washer and dryer in the condo too.

Right outside the front door you will find an oversized, private storage area which is double the size of other unit’s storage space. Great storage for golf clubs & luggage, etc.

✔We have tried to think of everything you may need so we even have bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a beach cart for your use, etc.

If you are a beach goer we are less than 30 mins from the beautiful beaches of Barefoot Beach (rated #2 best beach in the country), Bonita Beach & Vanderbilt Beach.

We have 1 assigned covered parking space close to the building & elevator entrance. There is additional guest parking nearby too.

Bonita National Social & Golf Membership Transfer Rates (Subject to change per HOA)

Social Membership - Included in the social membership is a Grand Clubhouse with 2 restaurants, golf and tennis pro shops, meeting and card rooms, spacious locker rooms with sauna, a full- service spa, an amazing lagoon style pool with waterfalls and lap pool, a pool-side bar and grill, a State-of-the-Art Fitness Center; 8 Har-tru tennis courts, and more! There are always fun activities planned and you can join in. Social membership fee (required) $400 plus 6.5% tax ($426 but less if longer than 30 day stay) allows access to all facilities except the golf course.

Our condo has an optional transferrable Golf Membership - Golf on the Gordon Lewis designed 18-hole course is optional and there is a $532.50 transfer fee for the golf membership. An aqua driving range and practice greens with sand bunkers available to golfers.
