- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Beautiful Master Bedroom with KING sized bed and a Smart TV with complementary Netflix!
- Our house features TWO 3 piece washrooms, one for the upstairs 3 bedrooms and one for the lower 3 Bedrooms
- Beautifully decorated space with Ultra-Modern yet cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- TONS of available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 50" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
- As this is a historic home with original hardwood floors on the main level and upstairs, there are areas where the floor can squeak, however this is part of the home's rustic charm!

Our house comfortably sleeps 14 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed each in the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. We also have a queen sofa bed you can set up in the spacious living room.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to the downtown core to catch an Oiler's game or concert at Roger's Place, or one of the many restaurants, bars, and shopping districts nearby on the famous Whyte Ave!!

* Please note * - We do require a $750 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

*Please note* While we are happy to share our back seating area / fire pit, we do not provide fire wood so if you would like to use it, you will need to acquire / bring your own wood. Please ensure the fire pit is not left unattended and make sure to extinguish after use.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals.
