We loved this house! It was a perfect blend of spacious and cozy for our big family. The kitchen was very well stocked, loved the back patio and pool, and was very easy access to the beach and biking. Would love to stay here again!

We had an awesome time. The house was everything and more. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and sleeping spaces.

Golf ⛳️ outing to get away for a few days.

Place was clean and quiet neighborhood. Did not use the pool because it was a little cooler at night and the pool didn’t get a lot of sun.

We enjoyed our visit to 4 Greenwood Ct. A well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, and a lot of charm. We had some issues with cleaning - the sink was full of sand and there was crumbs around the kitchen floor - but Beach Properties remediated immediately. The last issue we had was the back rooms were incredibly hot and the addition to the house stayed very cool. We were there for 80-90 degree temps and the AC just did not reach to the back rooms enough. Plan to rent beach equipment if staying here as there are no supplies! Thanks for a nice stay!

Lovely house, great location

Spring Break. 2 adults and 5 teenagers. House was perfect for our group size. Plenty of space and kitchen was good. Really quick bike ride to the beach, anour 4 minutes. Easy bike ride to Salty Dog and Sea Pines Beach Club. House in a very central part of the Sea Pines area. Pool was nice but not heated so cold in April. Pool small. Some good afternoon sun but not all day. Overall great house for the price point.

Well-maintained home with hosts that thought of it all! Fantastic layout that perfectly fit our 9 guests. A spacious kitchen with all the gadgets and cookware for us to feel and cook at home (including a crock pot) with a charming entertainment space. The pool made for relaxing afternoons and evenings after our daily jaunt to the beach. Pool temp was amazing and it was cleaned during our stay. Great location with privacy and all the comforts of home, a true hidden gem. Thank you for a seamless and relaxing stay!

This was a great home for our family of 7! The layout was perfect. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is lovely. Only negative- the ice maker is very slow. We would love to return.

Perfect almost?

We had a great experience and enjoyed our time there at this property. We have only one disappointment and that is the the cloths washer had a sign on it saying it did not work and would be replaced by the end of the month. We could not wash cloths, towels, etc. the entire time we were there. Very inconvenient.

Perfectly appointed HOME

Stepping into this house is just liking arriving home. Everything you need (and didn't know you needed, but thrilled to have!) is here. The layout of the home is perfect for 2 families or traveling with adult children. The kitchen has everything (prepared Thanksgiving!) and the house is just plain comfortable and welcoming. The added touches, like the fire pit out back for our adult children to gather with cousins and get caught up to the comfy couches to watch football and the kitchen that enabled the hosting of many family meals with plenty of dishes, silverware, serving pieces and cooking utensils, made our stay unforgettable. The location of the home, the decor, absolutely everything was perfect!

We enjoyed 4 Greenwood Ct! The home perfectly accommodated our 2 families traveling together. The adult bedrooms with king beds are on separate sides of the house, and the kids rooms are all in one hallway closer to one of the adult rooms. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach. The private pool was lovely.

Great vacation in HHI!

Excellent experience! Great recommendations on suitable properties and prompt call backs! This is the second year we have stayed in one of your properties and have been pleased both years.
