Great location and wonderful views

Perfect for large groups. The elevator was a hit for those that had trouble with stairs. Just steps from the beach and beautiful unobstructed views from the balconies.

Great beach house for a family vacation.

This house is wonderful for a family vacation. We used both levels and had plenty of room. We only had two small issues that were responded to and handled quickly. Highly recommend this location. Very convenient to Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe.

Very roomy vacation home for a family of 16, if leasing the whole house!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunscape/Seascape despite the very stormy weather and double red flags for 3 days. There was plenty of room to enjoy playing indoor games for a family of 16. Having quick access to the beach from this home was definitely a plus. The screen covered pool and hot tub were a lifesaver when entertaining 9 grandkids in the middle of a tropical storm!

We WILL Be Back!

After spending 10 summers in the Forgotten Coast, we have found the PERFECT spot for our crew! This house is cleaner than most, has PLENTY of bathrooms, good space, and very comfortable furniture. It feels very updated. We loved the pool, the short few steps to the beach, and the fantastic customer service we’ve received from Brad and Becky! Thanks for a PERFECT week in our favorite corner of the gulf! ❤️

Great stay with 20 people

We enjoyed our stay at SunScape and SeaScape with a group of 20 people including kids and teenagers everyone had enough space in the house and there were plenty of things to do around the area. Everyone enjoyed seashell hunting and walking on the beach. Kids had a blast at the pool and grownups relaxed by the jacuzzi every night! Cooked most of our meals home and we had everything we needed for our big group. Highly recommend this place if you have a big group.

Wonderful beach house!!!

We had 14 adults & rented both floors. No problem with the elevator & covered stairway. Equipped kitchens had everything! Plenty of gathering spots for everyone!

Perfect Beach Stay for Our Wedding

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly located—just steps from the water. It served as the ideal setting for our wedding weekend, and our guests were blown away by the views and atmosphere. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend for any special occasion or relaxing getaway. Five stars all around!

Family Vacay

We had an amazing stay at this home with our large group—12 adults and 10 kids ranging from 3 to 14 years old. The layout was perfect for multiple families, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together comfortably. Beach access was fantastic (minus a few seasonal flies—expected this time of year), and the pool and air-conditioned living space were great options for cooling off. The location was also ideal—close to local restaurants, a general store, and anything we might’ve forgotten. Brad and Becky were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience, from booking to checkout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for large families looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The most beautiful wedding venue

We recently hosted our wedding at this stunning beachfront house, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! The house offered breathtaking ocean views that made for a perfect backdrop to our ceremony and photos. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to make our weekend comfortable and memorable for us and our guests. Brad and Becky are excellent hosts and were communicative throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion!

Best of All

We’ve been renting a different house at Cale San Blas for 8 years now and Sunscsoe and Seascape has become the best of all, our favorite. The pool with the lanai made it so! Night swims were great with an almost 5 year old and the rest of us loved it as well. Accommodations were good. It’s not perfect but we were able to have all the space we needed and it was stocked with all the stuff to make our vacation most awesome. Brad and Becky were fabulous hosts and we hope to get back at the same house next year!

Absolutely magical stay! Can’t wait to go back!

This home is a very magical place. From the moment you drive up, you are blown away by all of the well thought-out details. Plenty of parking space, the breezeway under the house is large, it draws you in! Once you see the pool and hot tub, you want to settle in and jump right in! AND THE VIEWS! WOW! Every morning around 7am you see lots of dolphins feeding in the water—they added another layer of magic to the stay! This is a well thought-out home, like I mentioned before. The kitchen and bathrooms are so well stocked. No need to bring anything from home. Plus the furniture and decorations were extremely comfortable. We held our wedding on the beach and reception below the house. It was absolutely gorgeous! I’ll never forget our stay at Sunscapes/Seascapes. And thank you to the owners for their quick replies and hospitable care. They are wonderful! Five stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Lora

Absolutely Perfect

I booked this property for my daughter’s wedding. I could not have dreamed of a better location and property. It was perfectly set up for a wedding. There’s perfect space multiple families to stay on sight. The view of the beach from the property is stunning. A beautiful boardwalk from the house to the beach made the beach ceremony just as my daughter had imagined. The owners were amazing to work with and made sure our needs were met. This property was spotless and very well maintained. The most beautiful beach house we have ever stayed at. Tons of room inside and out. It was very quiet and is far enough from other properties that it seems like you have your own private beach.

Wonderful time in Port St Joe

We rented both Sunscape and Seascape for a 2 week multi-generational family stay. We all wanted to be on the beach and it was maybe 100 yards to the water with a very nice boardwalk and an outdoor shower/rinse for return after beach. Many of us didn't use the pool as much but it was nice and having it screened helped tremendously with the insects. The houses were very. well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing including gas grills on both levels. We had been vacationing in St George Island but found Port St Joe to have just about everything we needed in terms of groceries etc. The location of the house is also between Pt St Joe and Appalachicola so we made several shopping/dining trips to both. Brad, the owner and Marleen the property manager were both great and very responsive to all of our needs. We will be back and I highly recommend this location!

Peace and Tranquility

Our group of 20 recently stayed at the SunScape & SeaScape beach house, and it was nothing short of magical. The location offers an unparalleled level of peace and tranquility—private beach access made it feel like our own personal slice of paradise. Nights spent under the stars with bonfires on the beach created memories we’ll never forget. The property itself is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-maintained. The large pool and jacuzzi comfortably accommodated all of us, and the pool house patio was wrapped in fragrant jasmine vines, adding to the serene atmosphere. We grilled out, relaxed, and enjoyed every corner of the space. Inside, the house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from cooking essentials to cozy, comfortable beds and furniture. Every detail was attended to, making it easy to settle in and truly unwind. Brad and Becky were phenomenal hosts—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Communication was quick and clear, and they went out of their way to check on our every need throughout the stay. This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll absolutely be spreading the word and can’t wait to return for future beach vacations!

Family of 13 + 1 pet

First, I'd like to commend Becky & Brad for their efficient, quick responses and welcoming texts! Excellent hosting! We rented the entire home for our group of 5 adult couples and 3 children (ages 9, 9 & 5) for the week, and could NOT have been any happier and satisfied with our accommodations! A beautiful home, well decorated and furnished, so spacious and comfortable in all aspects. Meticulously clean, luxurious linens, and the welcome baskets helped us start our rest/relax/rejuvenate vacation immediately. This home has so much to offer. From the delightful and well equipped oceanfront decks where one or all could sit and catch up or just melt into oblivion immersing themselves in the view and sounds of the ocean....to the enclosed pool and hot tub, large enough for all to enjoy....to the garden pergola just outside the poolhouse, where one could sit in the gardens and still watch and hear what was happening in the poolhouse! The elevator made getting all the luggage, groceries, disabled family members, and the dog in/out SO much easier. We rented a golf cart to ease getting tired or disabled folks and all the beach equipment back and forth, while the younger energetic folks found the fairly short walkway got them right to the beach or back quickly and easily. A huge THANK YOU to our hosts for sharing their lovely home with us! Providing us "A vacation to remember and a future destination in mind!!"
