This level comes with its own end-to-end deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The home is outfitted with quality furnishings and all floors are serviced by the elevator.

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

There is also a bunkroom ensuite on the second level for a total of (9) nine bedrooms comfortably sleeping a total of (22) people. Seven of the nine bedrooms have an amazing view of the Gulf and each bedroom suite has been named after the owner’s favorite islands!
