Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you loved the home and its location—it really is a special spot. Great call on heating the pool, too—that usually takes the stay up a notch. Happy to hear our team was quick to get that sorted for you. And it’s always good to know the kitchen had everything you needed to actually enjoy cooking. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the house, but we're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the rental item and the difficulty you experienced reaching our team. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you had to make alternative arrangements yourself. Regarding household supplies, please note that our property operates on a self-catering basis. We provide an initial starter pack of essential items to help guests settle in, but guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed throughout their stay. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated before your arrival. We also appreciate your comments about the seating in the common areas and will take this feedback into consideration as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience fell short of expectations and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

The team at Florida Premier Rentals is delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home, found it very clean, and were able to make the most of the pool during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding travel times to the theme parks. While the property is located relatively close to Walt Disney World, drive times can vary significantly depending on traffic conditions, time of day, and the specific park being visited. We understand how frustrating heavy traffic can be, especially during busy travel periods. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in the future.

We appreciate you bringing the blinds to our attention — our maintenance team has already been notified to ensure this is resolved promptly. Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry for the disruption to your plans. We understand how important it is to stay in the home you carefully selected, and we regret that a last-minute maintenance issue at the original property made that impossible. On the morning of your arrival, our housekeeping team discovered an unexpected roof leak at the home you booked — something that had not been apparent until then. Out of concern for your comfort and safety, we made the difficult decision to relocate you to another beautiful home within the same resort. We selected this property carefully to match the same bed configuration and general quality, and we did our best to make the transition as smooth as possible under time constraints. We acknowledge that the communication could have been clearer and more timely, and we appreciate your feedback on that. It’s something we’re actively working to improve for future guests. Our goal was never to mislead, but rather to provide a fast and appropriate solution in an unexpected situation. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood’s location, and we do hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the experience you originally intended.

Thank you so much for the 10/10 rating! It means a lot to us. We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back again soon!
