What an amazing property. With the pool, platoons games room, it was difficult to get the youngsters out to the parks! Everything you could possibly need was provided and it made the whole vacation stress-free. The rooms were surprisingly large and whilst the images were accurate, don’t do justice too the scale and size of the interior. Michelle was very communicative before and during our stay. Not the cheapest option, but so, so worth every penny for the wonderful memories we created.

The home is wonderful and has everything you need. It is close to all the parks just about twenty minutes. The neighborhood is nice and the connected waterpark is awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The guys played golf nearby and enjoyed two days on the range. It was an awesome trip!!!

The host was very responsive and attentive to anything we asked. It was very nice to have spices and shower soaps.The only downfall we had was the spa. It never got hot. The pool was warmer than the spa our entire stay. Very close to stores and the community was quiet and nice.

10/10! Perfect house for multiple families. There was plenty of space to come together, but also had the much needed space to separate. There were so many extra's, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, and trash bags. The kitchen had everything we needed when cooking. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for families. The pictures posted are exactly what you get when you stay here. The kids loved the resort pool, lazy river, and slides. It was a great neighborhood to walk.

This was the perfect house for our family Disney trip. The home is very comfortable, and there are things for children of all ages. The almost 2 year old spent most of his time in the Mad Hatter kitchen. The 5 and 8 year old had plenty to keep busy with, and everyone loved the pool area! I highly recommend this home for families and groups. We had a wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful home with many fun activities and great theming in the rooms. My entire family (grandparent to grandkids 10 in total) had plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed the theater room closely followed by the game room. My younger grandkids couldn't get enough of the wonderland rooms. The slide and small door were a big hit with them. We were very busy so didn't get to spend as much time in the house as we would have liked. Will have to plan for more down time next time. Our only struggle was with the hot tub and the hosts responded very quickly to our questions. They were very helpful and were pleasent to converse with. I recommend this property.

Best vacation ever!

The house was amazing! From the personal touches, coffee and waffle bar, treats and snacks to the floatation devices for the littles to the awesome game room for our older boys, secret room for the babies and everything between. Our stay could not have been better! Everything was perfect. Our grandchildren had the best time ever! The owners were very attentive and thought of everything and every detail was covered. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

Absolutely Recommend!

This house was clean and well-stocked, the host was incredibly responsive, and there were activities at the home to keep both the teens and the toddlers occupied all week.

We paid a lot of money to stay at this home manly because it is geared towards kids and we are traveling with our kids and grandkids. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and the heat was not working. Main part of going to Florida in February and March is to be able to swim and enjoy the outdoors. The owner said they would have someone out the next day. The pool should have been cleaned and heater verified as working upon arrival! Day 2 still could not swim. Someone came to check the filter and we were told the owner would need to approve the purchase before they could replace it. The power told us to remove the filter to get the pool working. Day 3, still unusable but the pool company came and told us that if they treated the pool we would not be able to use it for another 24 hours so we told them no. As Michigan pool owners we decided to go get some shock andHandle it ourselves. Pool finally started clearing up however it was still filthy. Pool was a disaster from start to finish. Upstairs shower where the kids would need to bathe, rail was broken and sticking out so it was also unusable. Downstairs bathroom off patio had no cold water so again, unusable and the kids could not wash their hands in there as the water was only hot. Owner was very difficult to get a hold of ( they told us they were on a cruise) and unhelpful. Would NOT stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. We were in constant communication throughout your stay and responded to every message—often multiple times per day, from early morning through late evening (as late as 10:20 PM). This included assisting with questions about the gaming systems, pool settings, alarms, service timing, and other features of the home. Regarding the pool, the heating concern occurred during the first two days of your stay due to an unusual cold front and heavy storms, with temperatures dropping into the low 40s. As disclosed prior to arrival (and acknowledged in your messages), our electric heat pump—like all similar systems—can be affected when temperatures fall below 55°F. Once temperatures improved and the filter issue was addressed, the pool returned to normal operation within 48 hours. We also identified that the pool temperature had been increased to 104°F, which is not permitted. Temperatures above standard levels can disrupt water chemistry and accelerate algae growth. In addition, when our pool technician arrived for scheduled maintenance and advised that treatment was needed, service was declined and rescheduled for several days later, delaying proper care. The following day, the pool condition worsened and was then reported to us. The pool remained usable during your stay, though it was not consistently at elevated temperatures during the initial cold weather. The discoloration occurred after service was declined. We also provide pool and spa heat complimentary, which is a significant added value and something many guests highlight positively in their reviews. As for the maintenance items mentioned, these were not brought to our attention during the stay and could have been quickly resolved if we had been notified. For example, the shower door rail required a simple adjustment and did not make the shower unusable. We understand how important the pool is for a family vacation, and we did our best to respond promptly and assist throughout your stay. However, a request for a $3,000 refund for a temporary, weather-related issue affecting the first two days of a 7-day stay is not something we could accommodate. We appreciate your stay and wish you and your family the best moving forward.

We specifically chose the particular home due to the proximity of where it is located, within walking distance to the Oasis Club. No need to get everyone in the car, it is just a 3 minute walk. With many resorts to choose from in the surrounding area, we chose Championsgate due to the beautiful grounds and resort area. The Oasis club has everything for all ages; splash pad for toddlers, A waterslide for the older kids, an hugs adult pool with Tiki bar, a lazy river for EVERYONE, and sand volleyball for the sports fanatic! Also included is an arcade and fitness room!
