This newly updated retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, cozy king bed, and a Smart TV for winding down after a busy day. Ideally located near top attractions like Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake, you’ll be just minutes from Branson’s famous shows, shopping, dining, and museums. The Fall Creek Condos are located in an ideal part of Branson. It is a quiet and peaceful setting. Enjoy your coffee on the patio while watching the squirrels run around and the golfers go up and down the fairway. You are also close to all the attractions, shows, dining and shopping that Branson has to offer.

Sleeping Arrangements: 1 King Bed in the main living area. It is adjustable as well with a remote you can raise or lower it flat.
Although we advertise a max of 2 guests we are OK with an extra guest if they would like to sleep in the king bed or on an air mattress. Just keep in mind we only have amenities for 2 guests. You will not be charged extra/fined for having extra guests.

Condo Features include Smart TV in living area with Roku Guest mode so you can seamlessly sign into all of your streaming services for the duration of your stay and they will automatically log out when you leave. We have card games for your enjoyment as well.

Kitchen is equipped with your basic pots, pans, pizza pan, dishware/flatware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, etc. There is a Walmart and Grocery store 4.3 miles away on hwy 76 to pick up supplies.

General: Free and fast WiFi, central heating and a/c, free parking, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, ceiling fan, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board.

Parking: There is 1 parking pass on the kitchen counter. This will need to be visible in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Upon check-out please return the pass to the kitchen counter. There will be a $25 fee for a lost parking pass. Parking is FREE. If there is not a spot directly in front of the building you are free to park in adjacent lots at other buildings or the HOA is ok with parking along curbs as well. This can be the case when Branson is at it's busiest.

Accessibility: This unit has zero steps to enter and zero steps on the inside of the unit as well as grab bars in each shower.

Late Check-Out/Early Check-In: We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Often times, however, there are guests before or after you and we only have a short window of time to clean the unit. We will gladly notify you if this option is available, or feel free to ask! Thank you so much for your understanding.

No Pets: We do not allow pets. Service animals will not be refused, however a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be added so our cleaners can do a deep clean. Additional cleaning fee up to $500 may be charged if there is excessive hair/odors.

Security: There are no security cameras in use. There is a Ring Video doorbell by the front door of the unit facing out to the parking lot. This allows for us to communicate easier with maintenance, vendors and cleaning crew as well as respond to any incidents in our parking lot for the safety of our guests.

Additional Space: We have another unit within walking distance that sleeps 6 people. If you need additional space let us know and we can work something out.
