Welcome to Paki Maui 310, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit that offers ocean views from your private lanai and ceiling fans throughout. This property does have elevators for easy access. Unit 310 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and natural wood furnishings. The bathroom offers ample vanity space and features a convenient walk in shower. As you step into this quaint and cozy unit, you'll be captivated by the enchanting Hawaiian decor that adorns the entire space. The living room boasts an open-concept design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the queen-size pullout sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, inviting you to showcase your culinary expertise.

While the unit doesn't have air conditioning, the gentle Hawaiian trade winds and ceiling fans help to keep the space cool and comfortable on windy days.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Our arrival was in the dark and there was no signage visible to direct us to where we were supposed to go- the person at my perfect stays was unable to help us - she sent us info on how to park instead of how to get in or find our condo. When we finally got in an hour later it was stifling hot and no fans or ac in site. Then there were hundreds upon hundreds of little flying bugs everywhere when we opened the windows and slider- because the screens don’t shut completely… there is black mold in the shower room and the condo is really in need of some paint and TLC… the shelf in the frig is breaking so we didn’t dare put anything on it. The shower never had hot water. The ocean from and pool/ hot tub areas were nice- although it would have been nice to know construction that started at 630 am was going on before hand….and someone has a rooster who goes off at 415 am every day!

Aloha, Thank you for sharing these details — I’m sorry your arrival and stay fell short of expectations. We appreciate you letting us know and we will have our team look into the directional signage, check‑in instructions, and the miscommunication about parking versus entry. We’ll also inspect the screens, HVAC/ventilation, and sliding door seals to address the insect issue and the stifling heat. Our maintenance team will check the shower for mold, the hot water supply, the fridge shelf, and needed cosmetic repairs. I’m sorry early morning construction and a local rooster disturbed your rest; we’ll review what notices can be provided to future guests. I’m glad you enjoyed the oceanfront and pool/hot tub areas despite these issues. We hope you come back to Maui soon and that we will have the opportunity to be your host again! A hui hou kakou!
