Thank you! We’re glad you found the communication smooth and the property well-located. We appreciate your feedback about the living room seating and bathroom layout, and we’ll keep that in mind for future guests.

Planning a special getaway and having it fall short of what you'd pictured is genuinely disappointing, and we're sorry this stay didn't reflect the standard we hold ourselves to. The concerns you've raised — particularly around the condition of several amenities on arrival — have been shared with our team so they can be addressed properly, and we appreciate you taking the time to detail them. For anything still outstanding, including your request, our guest services team is the best point of contact and will follow up with you directly. We know an apology doesn't undo the disruption to your trip, but we'd welcome the chance to show you a very different experience if you're ever open to it.

Thanks for your review, Donald! We're thrilled you had a great stay. Looking forward to hosting you again!
