Beautiful beach front condo

We loved every bit of our trip. Proximity to town - so close. The condo is breathtaking from the moment you walk in the door. The view of the ocean is right in front of you from the balcony. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is perfect and very roomy. Loved the quick elevator ride down to pool. Always enough chairs. Beach and ocean were a teeny bit rocky but we went into ocean every day and took long walks along the beach. Abraham part of the concierge team was uber responsive when we needed water or renting a golf cart. Sylvia kept our place clean. We used her a couple times. Loved the place and can't wait to come again!

Great Condo

This is a great property. It’s high up in the building so the views are fantastic. The pool was not crowded and its feet from the beach. The house is close enough to the town that you can walk the beach and eat at the higher end restaurants. This unit is not in the “gates” which was fine for us. It gave the overall experience a more authentic feel.

Fantastic

Beautiful property on a lovely beach! Michael was friendly and responsive if we had questions. The condo is large and comfortable, and the walk into town for dinner was easy! Great pool with lots of space and chairs. Silvia was friendly and helpful and made the place spotless! Taxis were easy to find or contact through What’s App. Michael’s place has everything you need to relax and enjoy Mexican life. We’ve stayed in the area many times and love it more with each visit. We will be back!

Awesome Punta Mita Beachfront Home vacation!

What an amazing week we had at Michaels wonderful beachfront home! This house is very comfortable & wonderfully decorated. Everything we needed was there including epic sunsets & a beachfront pool with unrestricted lounge chair views of the bay. We really enjoyed everything from the morning swims to local adventures. Michael was very helpful, communicative & provided us with great written & verbal travel advice ,information & local knowledge. A great host! Pleasantly walkable to the mita town strip for restaurants. There was secure parking and elevator convenience. We cooked many meals in the spacious kitchen and dined on the patio at sunset most days. We even had a wonderful authentic locally cooked meal which I highly recommend. We will be back! Muchos Gracias!

Beautiful beachfront condo

We stayed for a week over spring break with our teenage daughter. The condo is bright, clean and spacious. Silvia greeted us on arrival and cooked us a delicious dinner one of the evenings. Many thanks to Micheal, who is a friendly, helpful and generous host. The town is cute and feels safe. We loved being in a quieter setting than PV or Sayulita. Looking forward to returning!

We had a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for my family if 4 plus my parents. We loved being right on the ocean, with the pool and jacuzzi, and walking distance to town. My husband and I like to surf and we enjoyed being able to run out and surf almost in front. Michael, the host, was fantastic! He arranged a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and stop at a large market on the way to the condo. Two helpers were waiting for us to arrive and carried out luggage in. We also really enjoyed having Sylvia cook some meals for us and do daily cleaning. It really was a wonderful, relaxing stay, and we can’t wait to come again. I recommend it completely!

Excellent family vacation in Punta Mita!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time altogether as a family of 5 including 3 teens at Michael’s property in Punta Mita! Silvia the housekeeper/ chef greeted us warmly upon arrival and pampered us when we first arrived with delicious snacks and help while we unpacked and got the lay of the land. We had her make us a meal on the first night which was yummy and and beautifully presented eating on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean-chicken and beef fajitas. The property is very clean and decorated with incredible Mexican art. The pool is small but we’ll kept and the comfy lounge chairs were perfect for relaxing after boogie boarding in the ocean. We mainly played in the water-swimming, SUPing and boogie boarding. I went jogging every morning on the beach and always felt safe. The surf provided just enough action to make things fun for our 3 boys! The town is darling and has an array of delicious restaurants and some cute boutiques. If you prefer something a lot more low key then Sayulita-you’re going to love Punta Mita! We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic property and location

Visited for one week, and was great from start to finish. Michael was excellent with communication and very helpful with recommendations and assistance. Sylvia cooked an incredible meal for us the night we arrived and was so accommodating and flexible. Many terrific restaurants nearby, but Sylvia’s meal was one of our favorites. So glad we didn’t stay “behind the gates” of the other Punta Mita properties. We felt safe the entire time - even venturing into town and walking home after 9pm a couple nights.

Perfect Spot!!!

What a great spot for a 50h birthday getaway. The location couldn't have been any better and the condo is even better than the photos show. Walking distance to a handful of fantastic restaurants and shops. I went for a swim in the ocean every morning and we usually took a dip in the pool every afternoon. We rented SUP's and surfboards right on the beach from Sapo, went on a sunset cruise with Ally Cat and went fishing with Pescadores out of Sayulita. I highly recommend all these activities. Next time we will probably go golfing and snorkeling. I could spend an entire day sitting on the balcony watching the whales and boats. We had Silvia cook and clean for us and she is great. We got in late and had Michael set up Silvia to prepare a welcome dinner for us and it was awesome. After a long day of travel we were welcome to a great dinner on the balcony complete with homemade guac and salsa, margaritas, and chicken and fish prepared to perfection. We also had Silva prepare ceviche for us from the fish we caught and it was incredible. Michael is awesome to work with, he genuinely wants his guest to have a great time and is very easy to keep in touch with. He knows everything you will need to know so take advantage of that. All of his recommendations were spot on. We will be back for sure!!!

A beautiful relaxing vacation

Michael was extremely helpful from the beginning as he provided great information about the area and the condo. We loved the view of the beach from the balcony, it is stunning. Sylvia cooked us 2 amazing dinners on the patio, we should have booked her for more, she kept the place spotless and we loved her. The condo is more beautiful than photos can show, great furnishings lots of spaces to spread out and relax. Thanks Michael we will come here again

Amazing condo on the beach!

We had a fantastic vacation in this beautifully appointed going to tell me the condo. We went over the Christmas week with our three children. It was one of our best vacations that we’ve ever taken. The condo is super comfortable and is fully Equipped for anything that you would want to do. The town is fantastic with excellent restaurants and activities. Michael, the owner, was amazing to work with. He was available and his recommendations were excellent across-the-board! We did have Sylvia cook us several meals in the condo and they were all fantastic! We loved this place and will definitely be back!

The place was just amazing. Friendly caretakers and security. So central that getting everwhere is a breeze. Gorgeous weather. Not a single cloud. Michael was super helpful and accommodating. Couldn't ask for better. Definitely worth every peso!

This condo is amazing

This condo is AMAZING!! It is true and accurate to its description and pictures. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone! The owner, Michael, was very helpful in answering our questions, providing tips and recommendations, and arranging a transfer from the airport to the condo with a stop at the Mega store for initial groceries. There were 3 couples staying in this spacious, clean and well maintained home. The view were spectacular, even took our breath away when we first walked in. We could see whales from the balcony and pool/beach. The pool is spotless and overlooks the beach that is well traveled by locals and visitors, yet it is very clean and expansive enough for everyone. Letti, looked after us so well by cleaning and cooking, when we requested. We used and APP to convert English to Spanish which was a great tool. We walked the beach every day and felt very safe. A number of us did beach combing and a couple of us were into jogging on the beach. In the evening we often went out to the “restaurant strip” and tasted the Mexican cuisine without issue, all restaurants had great food. The only change in our normal diet was drinking bottled water. We rented paddle boards from Ruby’s rental and a jet ski both rental places were right on the beach. We also took a tour of the Marietta islands and had set up the tour from a local cooperative a few hours before without a problem. Don’t even hesitate to venture out of Punta de Mita as you won’t be disappointed. We took the bus into Bucerias a few times and to La Cruz for its Sunday morning Market. If you love food, crafts and LOTS of people then this is the place to go. The bus driver was a speedster on the curvy roads, so hang on! We took a cab to Sayulita (as buses do not go there from Punta de Mita) just to check it out. This is a busy little hamlet and was a bit claustrophobic. We certainly appreciated our beach more when we saw how crowded the Sayulita’s beach was. The cab drivers were great! When we ordered a cab for pickup at condo they were always on time. When a cab drove us back in the evenings from Bucerias they were always professional.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location!

I can't say enough good things about our wonderful stay in Michael's well-appointed, nicely decorated and spacious condo in Punta Mita. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 adult "children" and there was more than enough room for us to be together or have some time to ourselves. The living/dining area, kitchen and bedrooms are quite spacious. Each of the three bedrooms have their own bathroom plus the half bath. That made getting ready to head out easy! With the comfotable beds and the gentle sound of the ocean, I slept very well. However, the best part was the balcony overlooking the ocean. It spanned the large living area and the master bedroom with three different areas to sit, visit, eat, read or just enjoy the ocean. The daybed was my go-to spot! The owner, Michael, was a joy to work with. He responded right away with the booking and with any questions I had before and on the trip. He arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport. He checked in on us during the trip, made recommendations and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay in Punta Mita. Lety was a bonus! She not only cleaned but she also made us amazing flan and helped arranged massages for us on our balcony. We didn't have her cook for us but I wish we had. I imagine it would have been a meal to remember. The condo is in a great location. It is on a wonderful, sandy beach with massages, paddle board rentals and food a few steps away. In the other direction, you can walk for a while along the coast. It makes for a great morning walk or run. If you want to go into town, it is about a ten minute walk away. The food in this small town was quite good. I think we must have gone to each one for at least a drink. Our favorites were Si Senor and Blue Shrimp but we also enjoyed Si Sushi, Mercedes and Rosa's. For pure presentation or for a special occasion, Tuna Blanca was wonderful. Order the Mexcian Coffee and dessert. They go out of their way to razzle dazzle. We took a taxi to Sayulita for a day. It is a great town with lots of shopping, restaurants, surf and lots and lots of people. It was good to come back to the quiet of Punta Mita. We went paddle boarding multiple times and people in our party went fishing and rented jet skis. A highlight was going out to the Marietas Islands. We saw whales and dolphins and the islands are full of birds flying everywhere! You will not be disappointed if you stay at this condo. It is a perfect place to make wonderful memories.

Ultimate beachfront condo personified!

The condo is lovely and well appointed . Lots of open space to enjoy both inside and out. Michael the owner is extremely pleasant and helpful! Also available is a housekeeper and cook upon request. Nice touch! I would highly recommend this condo while staying in Punta Mita. FYI, this is our second stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing waterfront property!

This property is everything they say it is and more! This was our second time staying at this unit and walking in the door was still impressive. The view is amazing and the unit is large and beautifully decorated. Michael, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. The beach is beautiful and it was great to lie at the pool and still be able to watch our kids on the beach. All the staff at the complex are very friendly as well and also make sure you are enjoying your stay. The restaurants are a quick walk down the beach and there's enough variety to keep you happy for a week. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. We will be back again for sure!
