Excellent location within 15 minutes of KTA (local grocery store highly recommend)/Costco/Walmart/. Downtown is 10-minute walk. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The west end of road has wonderful views of sunsets, as well as the third-floor lanai. I spent wonderful family time in the pool with the sound of the amazing waterfall flowing into the pool. The sink outside with the fridge was bonus. There were lots of pool toys, and beach chairs. We ate breakfast and dinner on the second-floor lanai (shared with kitchen and living room) everyday, it is completed screened.

The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of sleeping space and also space to hang out all together. The views from the lanais were beautiful! The pool and hot tub were also so great! It was so nice to be able to access the nearby lava stone beach to watch the sunset.

Spacious well maintained home. Spent many hours at pool and hot tub with our own waterfall. Well equipped kitchen which was important because we ate in a lot. There is a grill poolside. Only suggestion is some lighting by the grill since it gets dark early in Jan/Feb when we stayed there. You can walk 1 house over to the shoreline for a beautiful sunset although the view from the upper porch is really pretty too.

Aloha Pearl House

Fantastic stay and we will be re-booking again for next year. Great location and you essentially have a resort all to yourselves. Pool, BBQ, hot tub, cabana were all fantastic and everyone said that the place in person was even better than the photos ( which are pretty great). Rooms were perfect and we had a great time during our stay. Highly recommended

The place is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are amazing. I would have liked at least one tissue box in the whole house. Some light bulbs were out but still a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it

Perfect for a large family

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and were very pleased with the location, the spaciousness, and the ability for this property to serve our needs as a family ranging from age 8 to 80. The pool and backyard patio were well-used, as were the multiple spacious lanais. We had a few issues when we checked in, but the property manager and service providers were responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about this property -- it was amazing. Below are some high points:**Well-appointed kitchen with all the dishes, gadgets and appliances to make great meals. **Beautiful views of the water from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. There are balconies on the East and West sides of the home, so you can watch sunrise and sunset**A quiet, private neighborhood, just a few steps from the ocean. Not a beach or area to swim, but a lovely vantage point on the lava rocks where you can watch the boats**Quick & easy access to restaurants and shopping in Kona. Short drive to the Kona airport.**Wonderful outdoor pool and gathering area with loads of water floats & toys**Four spacious bedrooms. The master suite was huge and its worth the stay just to see the amazing closet. It might be worth mentioning that the first floor bedroom (with a private entrance) has direct access to the pool area, but not to the house. The guest in that room walks outside to go up the stairs into the main house. That was NEVER a problem during our stay. **The manager/owner was highly responsive and immediately answered our questions and addressed our needs. **The lawn attendant (serviced on Wednesday) picked us a coconut AND a lime from the property trees. Talk about fresh juice -- it was amazing and he was SO kind! The perfect gathering area for a family or group of friends who want to share a special time on the Big Island. Aloha!

This is our third time renting this house, and although there were a few issues, we could contact the property management company and discuss. The hot tub water was green and murky. :(
The front of this storage bin in the refrigerator was missing.
There seem to be scratches on the window in the living room.
The knob for the hot tub had a crack in it and would not turn, so we took it off and put it to the side so no one would break it.

Fabulous Family and Friends Vacation

There is nothing like having all expectations met and exceeded. We were 5 adults and one 17 year old and had so much space and luxury. Four family members cancelled last minute but they would have had ample room. The pool was spectacular, the views from the top floor were mesmerizing (on both sides of the house) and the birds, trade winds and gardens made everything magical. We didn't have a car so the walk to the convenience store was easy and we Ubered to Don's Mai Tai Tiki Bar and downtown Kona for around 20. So easy and stress free.Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
