This was the perfect house for getting our kids and their spouses all back together under one roof. With eight of us, there was plenty of room to cook, eat, relax, and enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded.We loved that we could all enjoy the beach, oceanfront setting, and pool together, while everyone still had the space and freedom to do their own thing when they wanted. It was exactly what we were hoping for in a family reunion and made our time together in Kona really special.

The house was clean upon arrival. The host assisted with coordinating the fishing charter expedition.We loved the central location and the view. We were able to see the beautiful sunset every evening. The pool was fantastic and relaxing.Will definitely stay here again on the next trip to the Big Island!!!!

World Class Service!! Mark and his staff were amazing. They checked in on us to make sure we were having a great time and to see if we needed anything. The amenities at the house were impeccable. Mark texted us ideas on beaches to visit and other things to do on the island. Our family of 6 had the BEST time in Kona! Our experience was enhanced by Mark and his team. Shellese is a rockstar! Thank you to Mark and Shellese for making our family vacation so special!!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Kona. We had multiple generations together, including our newborn granddaughter, and it was the perfect place to make special memories.The views were absolutely stunning—we loved starting and ending each day looking out over the ocean. The pool was a favorite gathering spot, and we spent hours swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the Hawaiian sunshine.The home was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our whole family. It gave everyone plenty of room to be together while also having space to unwind.Our host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He graciously accommodated an early check-in, which made traveling with our family so much easier, and he thoughtfully set up the room for our newborn granddaughter before we arrived. His kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful place in Kona to enjoy with family, this beach house is an excellent choice!

House had beautiful beach views and relaxing setting. Set up nicely for our group. Great space to hang out together and separately. We were able to whale watch and it was easily accessible to town.

From the pizza for late arrival to the touch of class Christmas tree to the well stocked amenities and the late checkout all was fantastic the most impressive thing was location location location the pool and ocean were just as other bonus

Where to start!?! This house was absolutely beautiful. The views were my absolute favorite. We were on the deck at various hours, and the view just continued to leave us in awe. From wee hours in the morning (we were literally awake at 1 am the first few nights due to time change) with the moon shining over the water, to the amazing sunsets. The pool was awesome, obviously right on the water. We were traveling with extended family and the kids loved the house as much as the adults did. There are so many spots to gather, but also enough space if you have a lot of people and need to take a break from it all. There was plenty of beach gear and pool floats to use if needed. House games - there is golf and we had a mini corn hole tournament. It was a lot of fun. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked and ate, usually at the table outside, with the doors wide open. As for the beds- so comfy with nice pillows. The bedsheets were so soft! Showers were clean, good water pressure, and fully stocked. Every day I’d be looking for animals around the property. Found some really cute geckos, the black crabs were pretty cool, but the best was the eels living in the rocks outside in the ocean. They were really cool, and fun to feed! Various colors and sizes. A new experience for us for sure.Don’t look at another house! This one is IT! Hosts were also great to talk to and helpful for our first time in Hawaii. It was truly amazing and I can’t wait to come back! Book it now!

Kona beach house

We really enjoyed our stay! This house was great for our two families of four and had everything we needed. The pool and the view were the highlight, and we spent endless hours on the deck and in the pool and hot tub. Easy walk to town for food.

Absolutely wonderful time!

The house was everything we needed..plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms..and with a drop dead view and breezes. Walkable to town with a shuttle stop just down the street. Everyone enjoyed the spa and feeding the eels (they finished off the lunch meat and bread on checkout). The owner was super helpful and very responsive.Hated to leave and would love to go back.

Best Ever Ocean Front House

Best location in Kailua-Kona. The surf can reach the pool. The salt water pool was the most soothing experience. Perfect sunsets sitting at the outside dining table. The house is older but has that oceanside feel of perfection. My family all agreed this was their best vacation experience ever. A special thanks to Mark.

We truly enjoyed our time at this vacation home. Great waterfront location.. The ocean view, the sound of crashing waves, and the one-of-a-kind saltwater swimming pool all combined to equal complete relaxation!The open-air Hawaiian home, with its wide-open doors, allowed us to experience and feel the ocean breeze, which was welcomed since there was no home air conditioning.Great bedding and well-laid-out restrooms in an open home with a downtown Kona location.Will visit again someday soon.Please note. Best experienced for adult travelers. We had little ones who needed extra supervision due to the ocean wall and them running around, chasing geckos. They loved it! Aloha

Perfect for our three generations

This was such a wonderful place to spend two weeks with family. We all enjoyed the pool a lot. The house has spaces to enjoy solitude if you need to and spaces to be all together without feeling squished. The number of spices, condiments, etc. in the kitchen was nice. Going down Alii drive easily takes you to shopping and eating close by. Mark and Shellese were on top of everything-the communication was great.

Private paradise

The moment you walk in you are greeted with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Even better than pictures could do it justice. Everything you needed was stocked and available at the home, to include towels, beach gear, snorkels, boogie boards, and even sunscreen! Mark was an amazing host and kept in touch leading up to our stay and throughout. 5 star experience from start to finish. We’re planning our next trip and will always book our return stays here from now on!

Excellent View

Exactly what we expected for a beach house on the shores of Kona. Pool and spa were excellent for the days we didn’t travel to a beach and for afternoon Happy Hour. The house had everything we needed from beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for shade. The kitchen was well supplied, the beds were comfortable and listening to the waves at night put us right to sleep. Mark and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Excellent hosts and will definitely come back again.

Unbeatable ocean front

If you want a convenient ocean front property this is it. This authentic, old Hawaiian beach house has a spectacular, convenient location, stunning ocean views and sunsets and the pool/jacuzzi make you never want to leave. Ocean breezes flow through the house so while there is no AC, it's not needed. It is an older home so don't expect perfection but the owner and team do everything possible to make your stay unforgettable. Home is stocked with everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and coolers. For location and price point it's an amazing property!
