Convenient Place to Stay in Kona

My family and I stayed here with children ages 7-21. We loved the views and mini beach out back. The rental was clean and convenient to grocery stores and excursions.

This place was great and perfect for our needs! We brought our 3 adult kids with partners for my husband’s 70th and this house had all we were looking for: proximity to ocean with views, comfortable space for 4 couples, quiet yet close to activities and restaurants. The master bedroom is fabulous and the junior master downstairs is great if anyone can’t handle stairs or needs more privacy. The listing pictures of the sunsets and ocean views are spot on - no exaggeration - truly spectacular sunset views! We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the surfers over at the next beach and the waves come in. The little beach over to the right is an easy walk - we saw turtles and tide pool life there. Restaurants/shopping are very close - you can even walk to Da Poke Shack! The townhome looked fresh and clean - floors and bathrooms look like they’ve recently been redone. Management was really pleasant and responsive. My husband and I have been to Big Island many times and honeymooned there many years ago. Our kids have never been to Hawaii and we wanted to really show them the beauty and experience of what we love there so much. Staying in this beautiful, ocean front home REALLY enhanced the Hawaii experience we were able to share with our kids. Mahalo nui loa to this wonderful host! We will be back.

Family Vaca

This was the perfect place to stay for our multi generation family trip. Beautiful and comfortable for the Granparents, Wonderful kitchen and amenities for the parents, easy beach and fun access for the kids. Staying right on the ocean is so wonderful!

Fabulous!

The property was as wonderfully maintained and communication was seamless throughout. Ocean crashing just a few feet from the lanai; doesn't get any better than that.Our group had a very relaxing time staying here.

Amazing stay at the beach house!

Spectacular view from the balcony and patio. The perfect stay at the beach house that includes cleanliness, amenities and the breathtaking ocean that we can see as soon as we wake up! Sound of the waves hitting the rocks could be heard from inside the house. All in all perfect place for a beach vacation.

Everything was great

Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our time at the condo and on the Big Island. My only wish is the beach at the condo was one we could swim in. It is a very rocky beach

Absolutely wonderful VRBO with extraordinary wood artwork and contemporary accommodations. The home is clean, spacious, well located, and comfortable. The ocean views are spectacular from the living room and bedroom areas. We saw humpback whales breeching in the morning while drinking our coffee! The location is walkable to beaches and snack sites.

Very nice and central A/C worked great.

Great view from porch. A coffee station with cream, sugar packets would have been a nice touch. tandem parking space for 2 cars, was a little tight.

Beautiful View of the Ocean

We were on a family vacation with our adult children. This house was perfect for us. Nice amenties including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Only draw back was the grill. We love grilling out, but the grill was a small electric grill.
