The Space:
Perfect home for traveling families or couples! This house has 2 complete living spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. While reserving this property does give you access to both levels, please note that in order to access the basement space, you must enter from an outside, separate entrance. The basement is not accessible from the upstairs level inside the house.

Upstairs:
Living room - Two sofas, chairs, Smart TV.
Kitchen - Fully stocked, modern appliances, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, baking dish, cookie sheets, pots and pans. Dining table with seating for six.
Washer & Dryer - Full-size, located off the kitchen.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Smart TV, chair, nightstands, closet, outside access to back deck.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, chair, nightstand, workstation, vanity, closet.
Bedroom 3 - Twin bunk beds, desk, bean bag, closet.

This home consists of two separate units; an upstairs space as well as a downstairs unit. There is an option to rent the entire home or just one level. This listing includes the both levels of the house.

Guest Access:
Keypad lock to open the door. Each level has its own code. We will send you a private lock code for both the upstairs and the downstaris prior to check in.

The Neighborhood:
Sandstone Gazing is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family-friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones and pets!

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
