Spectacular views of the golf course. Mini home theater (12 people). Open plan living. LED lights throughout. Only minutes to Disney. Main house has 5 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, 1 full-over-full bunk bed +twin trundle, and 1 full-over-twin-over-queen bed) and 5 baths. The guest house has 1 bedroom (king) and 1 bath. Guests have FREE access to Seven Eagles pool & fitness center, Heritage Crossing pools/spas, Liberty Bluff playground, etc.

Dogs allowed with advance notice to owner.

Spacious 4312 sq ft, 3-story layout.

Main House:
1st floor: a queen-sized bedroom and a bathroom.

2nd floor: 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is the primary (king-sized bed) and two rooms with bunk beds.

3rd floor: main primary adjacent to the living area. This is a spacious VIP suit with breathtaking views and luxurious furniture. The main house also features a mini home theater that can seat up to 12 people.

Guest House:
1 bedroom on top of the garage, with a king-sized bed, with its own bathroom.

Every bedroom in both houses has its own private bathroom.

2. ⁠Outside of Reunion

Pickleball: The Tom Fellows Community Center is open to the public. It is located at 207 north blvd west, davenport fl 33837 (about 11 miles from the Golf course house).

Golf: The Polo Park East Golf community is open to the public. It is located at 525 Polo Park East Blvd Davenport, FL 33897 (about 12 miles from the Golf course house).
