2BR Deluxe • River Walk + Skyline Views

Thank you for the 10/10! Hearing that the unit went beyond what the listing promised is the highest compliment we could ask for, and we’re glad it felt like a true home away from home. We’ll happily share your praise for the amenities with the resort team. Until your next trip, we’ll keep it polished and ready for you.

A perfect 10! Thank you. Heading home with a suitcase of clean clothes might be the most underrated vacation perk, and we’re thrilled the unit made the whole trip feel so effortless. We’ll happily pass your kind words about the views, valet, and check-in along to the resort team. Whenever you’re ready for another getaway, we’d love to host you again.

A perfect 10/10—honestly, we’re not even going to argue with that. ⭐️ We’re so glad the location, staff, and value all hit the mark. That’s exactly the kind of stay we aim to deliver every time. Thanks so much for the kind words—we’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in the area! 😊 -NexResorts

10/10 and “everything was great” — short, sweet, and honestly the kind of review that makes our whole team walk a little taller today. 😎 Thank you for staying with us and for the awesome feedback. We’re thrilled you had such a great experience, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime for more sunshine, relaxation, and vacation memories. (The good kind… not the “I forgot my charger” kind.) -NexResorts

Thank you for the incredible 10/10 review! We're delighted to hear we could be the perfect home base for your conference—and that the convention center was close enough to walk without requiring a survival kit and a trail map. It sounds like you made the most of everything, from the pool and spacious accommodations to the daily activities and lobby treats. We firmly believe snacks have a magical way of improving any vacation (and conference), and we're glad they found their audience. What really makes our day is hearing your kind words about our team. We'll be sure to share your compliments with them. Their mission is simple: make guests feel welcome, solve problems quickly, and smile enough that it doesn't seem suspicious. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we can't wait to welcome you back on your next trip to San Antonio. The pool, the snacks, and our smiling team will be standing by. -NexResorts

Thank you for the awesome 10/10! 🎉 We’re so glad you loved the location — walking to the Riverwalk and exploring downtown is one of our favorite perks too! Great to hear the unit was clean and comfortable, and that the rooftop pool and BBQ grills added to the fun. 🍔☀️ Thanks also for your helpful notes! We appreciate you pointing out the TV setup and that mysterious high-pitched noise — we’re looking into both to make future stays even better. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another great getaway! 🏞️✨ -NexResorts

Thank you for the 6 out of 10, and for taking the time to walk through everything, both what worked and what clearly didn't. Really glad the unit itself delivered on what was promised, quiet, the right size, and close enough to the Riverwalk to make it easy to get out and enjoy the area. Everything else you ran into, the sales desk push at check-in, the WiFi runaround, trash left in the hallways, and getting locked out without a heads-up on the key change, all comes down to how the front desk and on-site team handled things day to day. That's on the property's operations, not something we manage directly, but it's exactly the kind of feedback that needs to reach them. None of what you described is how any guest should be treated, especially three hours without working WiFi and a door that wasn't secure. We're sorry your stay came with that much friction outside of the unit itself. Hoping a future visit gives you the smooth, no-hard-sell experience the place is capable of.
