Great Experience; Walking distance to the park and downtown!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed staying here. The proximity to the GSM Park as well as downtown Gatlinburg was the selling point, but the clean room was what sold us on this place. I was so glad to see that you all had updated the living room couch/love seat. Way better than the tired leather that was pictured on your listing. Beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Some things need updating, but as clean as it was I didn't really mind. Would recommend and would consider staying again. Noise wasn't an issue until the last night. Some people partied hard until after 1 AM and you could hear every footstep/opening and closing of their balcony door.

Good place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your place is a bit run down compared to others we have stayed at. Could use some paint touch ups especially in the bathroom and door frames. Lots of scuff marks on walls. Also mold under the lino in the guest bathroom and rust on the shower curtain rod. Tub doesn't drain either.

Guest review of unit 306.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As an Airbnb owner, I sincerely hope this message gets to the owner of unit 306. Whoever is in charge of taking care of this unit is not doing their job. Broken cabinets, water stains on the ceiling from previous leaks, mold on literally every HVAC vent in the unit and in several places on the ceiling in the master bathroom, Rusty and deteriorating soap and shampoo rack on the showerhead in the master bath, etc. This property has a wonderful location but this unit is in desperate need of updating and cleaning on the interior. I would be happy to forward pictures to the owner if they would like to see them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gatlinburg continues to grow and traffic and crowds grow with it! Overall it was a good trip. We had family in two condos. Favorite part - after spending the day with said crowds and traffic, sitting on the balcony in silence listening to the creek below us!

enjoyed the stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is dated but had everything we needed. It was home away from home. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a bonus, and I certainly took advantage of it. The location was ideal for us; it is close to the entrance to Smokey Mountains, a walking trail, and a walk to the shopping area. We highly recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the first one that was poorly outfitted ! We always stay at Park Place-12 yrs ! Just about enuf silverware & dishes. Barely enuf pots, ) we always do bkfast in ). The bedroom with the twin beds - no table b tween the beds & barely enuf light in there. The best was sitting out on the porch. Since we always stay at Park Place we were very disappointed with this condo. We were very disappointed in this condo- not what we have always gotten fro Park Place Condos. We should have asked 2 b moved to another condo as the property was empty.

It was ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people were very nice. Especially the lady that answers the phone. I love the area and being next to the stream. It's located right next to the main strip so you can walk everywhere. Cons- the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, in the bathroom the vent on the ceiling was covered in black mold. I asked to be moved and they couldn't. A man came and cleaned the vent and that was all. There needs to be a lot of yodated for the money I paid to be there. I loved the view but didn't like anything else. So for the grand I paid, I was disappointed.
