Both bedrooms feature queen beds and smart TVs, each with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. You’ll also have access to the building’s communal amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and on-site laundry, plus an elevator for convenient access.

Important Things to Note

• WiFi and cell service: Due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis in the complex lot.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated by building management and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. If unavailable, stairs are required.

• Fireplace: The gas fireplace is seasonal and available October–March.

• Communal amenities: Pool, hot tub, and laundry are located on site and are shared with the complex.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
