Have you ever wanted to experience a Original Tiny Home? Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Bungalow (557 sq ft/1950 built) . SLEEPS 4 COMFORTABLY! Nearby: Seawall Beaches 1.5 miles (near Rainforest Cafe and San Luis Resort), Moody Gardens 3 miles, The Strand 3.1 miles. Hippy/Gypsy Art Infused Bungalow with a Full Murphy Pull Down Bed for 2 adults and Twin Bunk Beds for 2 Adults/Children. There are two bicycles & a Protected Bike Lane two blocks on 53rd St. Outside Security Cameras, Street Parking (ONLY), Pet Friendly!

Galveston Island has SO MUCH to offer... great international restaurants, museums, cruises, beautiful beaches with life-guards, Moody Gardens, Dinner Boat Rides for Sunsets, Ghost Tours, Festivals throughout the year and so much more and all this is within 3 miles of The Galveston Flamingo! Our home is a great central location and great year round … summer crash pad, fall and winter festivals and when needing a private and quiet place to stay before and after your cruise!

The Property
It’s a Studio/Efficiency home so there is a Full Sized Murphy Bed in the center of the home. Steps away is the Mini Kitchen with NO OVEN… we DO HAVE a microwave, countertop plug-in hot plate with pots/pans, plates/bowls/glasses/mugs/silverware, table for four (blue iron table in picture is outside in patio now), and Blue Italian Marble Waterfall Bar with Cedar Plank Accents. Back room with Bunk Twin Beds (250 lb MAX weight limit bottom/200 lb MAX weight limit top), Full-Length Mirror, Closet/Shelving and Washer/Dryer and then a super cute bathroom with HOT shower! The bathroom does NOT have ventilation and can get hot and steamy… the solution is to open the window. It is an old home!

We do supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hotel hair dryer and drip coffee.

We have a beautiful and relaxing side patio hangout with string-lights and outdoor COLD shower to rinse the sand off before entering home and a Green Tent housing two bicycles and boogie board’s (body board’s) to catch some waves.

Enjoy our bicycles for a 10-20 minute short ride to the Seawall by accessing the Protected Bicycle Lane on 53rd street two blocks over that brings you right to the beach’s along the Seawall near Rainforest Cafe. The bicycle’s come with combo lock.

People watch and hang out on the front porch and enjoy the Island Breeze or enjoy the enclosed side patio deck for privacy.

Neighbors are very nice and are family oriented. Street Parking Only. Security cameras at front porch, front doorbell camera and front fence (only looked at if asked/or needed).

Shipleys Donuts, McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Leon’s Finest Bar-B-Que all super nearby! Plenty more restaurants (Salsa’s Mexican - 1.5 miles away!!), museums, and shops all within 3.1 miles of the home!

Pets are allowed BUT are NOT allowed on beds or couch. Please bring bedding for pet. Please clean up after pet outside/inside including shedding from fur. Any damages from pets will require appropriate fees requested from you after your reservation is completed if deemed necessary.
Smoking: NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME or OUTSIDE HOME WITH DOORS OPEN… any obvious signs of smoking in Home will require a fine of $1,200 for damages associated after reservation if deemed necessary.
