Quick walk to sandy, calm Long Pond!
LOCATION: in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Route 28! 5 min walk to Long Pond Boat Launch - wheel the kayaks down and take a paddle around the big pond! 8 min walk to sandy Wings Grove Beach at Long Pond. 1 mile to Windmill Beach. Short drive to South Yarmouth beaches & West Dennis Beach. Steps to both Cape Cod Creamery & Mary’s Little Caboose Ice Cream!
LAYOUT: You will have access to the entire home and yard, only excluding the walk up attic. This beautiful antique was just updated and newly furnished. MAIN LEVEL with open dining, living and sun room plus half bath and kitchen. Sun room becomes a Private Bedroom with a pull out to queen couch plus french doors with curtains and blackout curtains for a dark and private sleeping area.
SECOND FLOOR has the only full bathroom plus 3 bedrooms - 2 queen rooms and 1 with full bed. All bedrooms will have blackout curtains, a closet, a dresser and two bedside tables with lamps with charging ports!
BASEMENT with washer and dryer!
OUTDOOR - double outdoor shower, patio with teak table & 6 chairs and grill. Clothesline to hang wet beach gear. Ample parking.
SPECIAL FEATURES: 2 Kayaks (1 one person each)
-Open flow living, dining, sun room
-TWO outdoor showers
-Blackout curtains in all sleep spaces

Hi! We are Michelle and Connor. Connor grew up on the Cape and can give you great recommendations from beaches to brunches. Michelle has been a Host previously for a property management company in Boston and currently is a Realtor on the Cape & South Shore. We are local and available to help! We have two little girls so we supply toddler/baby gear - if you need anything not listed just ask we likely have it available for you to borrow for your trip!

We love the proximity to Route 28 & calm sandy Long Pond. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It’s only a 5 minute walk with the kayaks down to the pond, and just a little further is the beach and playground which our babies love!
We also enjoy waking through historic South Yarmouth’s Bass River District to get to Windmill Beach - it’s a beautiful mile walk by beautiful antique homes!
Oh and can’t forget Cape Cod Creamery is only steps away - like any New Englander we LOVE ice cream!
