This is an excellent space! It’s well laid out and functional, with everything you need in an apartment. It’s right on Lee’s main drag so we could walk to everything, including coffee, restaurants, and thrifting and antiquing.

Upon entry we noted how clean and orderly the apartment was. It was Founders Day weekend so the location was excellent as it is right in the middle of the action and didnt require driving and/or having to pray for a parking spot. We would most definitely stay there again. Communication with Emmy was quick and she always had an answer for any stupid question I had for her. Well worth it for us.

This was the ideal location! I was able to enjoy Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare & Company, Highland Farm and a host of delicious restaurants all within a short driving distance. The apartment was beautifully and meticulously appointed so I could start my day with a home-cooked breakfast and set out for the day's adventures. Emmy is fabulous in terms of communication and exceeding expectations. I would absolutely recommend this property and will return next year for my annual long weekend in the Berkshires!

Well appointed and right near shopping and restaurants. We were here with our two 13 year olds and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone and so great they allow pets!

Fun weekend in downtown Lee

Thanks, Emmy, for a great visit. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for, clean and convenient to downtown and to all things in the Berkshires. We explored and relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our getaway over a beautiful October weekend. I'd recommend the apartment to anyone who wants that in-town setting and wishes to explore all that the area has to offer. Great host, thank you!

Great location right in charming downtown Lee! Easy check-in/out. Decent sized apartment with multiple spaces. Easy to get to lots of local places/museums/etc. Quick and easy stroll for food. Only real downsides are: 1) lack of windows/sunlight as the only windows in the unit are in the bedroom, which face the alley way (and the interior ceiling light bulbs that are used are very bright white and aggressive). and 2) no body wash was available despite letting the host know.

Great proximity to key attractions

We wanted to visit Tanglewood and the Norman Rockwell Musuem. Emmy's place is in the perfect location to do both easily. Located in the quaint town of Lee, we were surrounded by cute stores and restaurants (and I could walk to Starbucks every morning). I was travelling with my 84 year old Mom and our stay was very comfortable. Everything was clean, appliances modern, and super easy to access the space. There are stairs to navigate, keep that in mind if you have mobility issues, and parking is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. If you can, park in front of the unit to unload your luggage and then go park. Thanks Emmy!

A Hidden Gem in the Berkshires!

This apartment was just perfect. Most importantly to me, it was spotlessly clean! It was also fully equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable - ice already made in the fridge - cocktail shaker and wine bottle opener - coffee maker with several coffee and tea choices. Soft bathroom towels. Great shower. A/C was on and the apartment was cold upon arrival on our 90 degree day. Beds were comfortable. It appeared to us that the host thought of everything when it came to comfort. The location was amazing. We walked to dinner at night and breakfast in the morning using recommendations left on the kitchen table - Great choices, Emmy! Parking was free and close by. Communication with Emmy was fast and easy. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!

This was a well done renovation in a building that has seen many Presidents! Everything we needed was there. There are a lot of stairs, but the rental agreement clearly stated that and it was no surprise. For a downtown apartment, it was quiet.

This was a great property in the heart of Lee. Spacious, well furnished, nicely outfitted kitchen (although admittedly we didn't use it). Parking in the lot behind was easy and always available during our stay. The host was very responsive. Did have some wifi issues but host provided an alternate network that solved the problem. Close to Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood which was the primary reason for our visit. Definitely would stay here again.

Emmy is an incredible host who communicated throughout the process. She left a great list of local spots to eat and included directions for us to Tanglewood to avoid backups. Multiple places to eat and relax within walking distance.
