Hello Sandra, Yes, we truly enjoy sharing our vacation home with our friends and new guests. So it means a great deal to receive such positive feedback. We feel that going the extra step in thinking about our guests makes perfect sense. For example, we consider things like adding cell phone charging stations in bedrooms and on first floor, adding different model computer charges (just in case you forget your own charger), adding handy light lights for safety, and even buying the best and softest toilet paper possible. UPDATE - This is old review. We have NEW bathrooms, NEW kitchen, NEW patio, NEW office, NEW landscaping, NEW washer & dryer, NEW dish washer, NEW TV's all throughout, and there's even more. But I hope you get it. We're 100% upgraded. Thanks for FIVE STARS and for being such a good guest! We are actually much closer to beach, fishing pier and clubhouse pool. I unofficially timed the walk to the beach during this New Year’s celebration. It took less than two minutes. This was made more difficult due to an almost full glass in one hand and a bottle in the other hand. New found friends at the beach to toast with – priceless! EBC Condo Association already offers an excellent Comcast digital cable package to all owners. But I did upgraded to our own private Comcast Internet service in 2012 with secure WiFi. Plus we added a Roku for NetFlix (to our collection of free DVD's). We set up an office area with comfy chair and desk. Yes, the spiral stairways are part of all EBC townhomes. So pack light and dress down for our Florida Keys weather. Your goal is to enjoy our sun and our beautiful waters. We provide advice as to good places to visit and help with discounts where available. Yes, we have been making numerous improvements(2012-2014), such as complete new beautiful kitchen cabinets & granite counter top, upgraded stainless steel appliances, new doors throughout, easy to use keyless entry system. (Since my wife is a licensed interior designer, she loves this!) Plus we keep adding amenities, such as 3 complete sets of snorkeling gear and dive flag, fishing rod, beach floats, and much more. We love the privacy and natural beauty that surrounds us in our townhouse, so we just keep adding even more plants and trees in front and in back yard. The photos don’t do it justice. Love to just sit back there and relax, or simply read, or listen to light music. Beyond the physical, being in Executive Bay Club is always like being among close friends and family to us. We want to make so that when you stay at E4, you become part of our extended family and friends. So as we just confirmed, this will be your home again in Jan. and Feb. 2013. Wow! What nice comments. It is really too bad that you could not stay for your full 4 weeks that you had planned and booked. Things happen that bring us back to reality too soon. But we are so happy that you enjoyed the time you had with us. Next time stay the entire time. Until your next visit.

Dear Christie, Yes, things happen for a reason! When your other place did not work out (due to bad A/C), I was able to help an old friend out and I had you stay with us. Truly happy that we could help you out. Thanks so much, we appreciate your awesome review and feedback!!! Yes, everyone that has visited has been impressed with our spacious and invigorating shower. The closest comparison is the high-end cruise ship spas. Yes, it's been our sincere pleasure to have guests share our beautiful jewel in Islamorada. It's so nice to just grab mask and flippers to go snorkeling right there. The only shame is that we do not rent that often anymore. Oh well. It was great to see you and your husband again. Next time call me directly. Our good friends are always welcome in our home.

Yes, the docks are incredible with so much life and peacefulness. It is nice for fishing or just hanging out. It seems that the dock's unique location brings so many cool surprises from nature. We have seen up to 5 manatees swimming around under the dock. It was truly priceless to share that with my family and friends! We are fortunate to be able to cruise and travel on vacation quite a bit. We have found that we enjoy the small thoughtful touches that make our vacations easier and more like home. So we're always looking to see how we can make small improvements to our place for our friends and guests (like the new spice rack, phone charging stations on first and 2nd floors, and upgraded WiFi service).

Thanks so much for your awesome comments. It makes us feel really good to know that you enjoyed your vacation. Yes, we absolutely love the shower and beds there as well. They are both better than our nice shower and bed back at our regular home. Maybe for next time you'll have time for your Key West trip (of course stopping at the 7 Mile Bridge and Bahia Honda Beach along the way) and to save a little just pack a cooler with drinks and snacks.

We are always grateful for any positive review and we do our absolute best so that friends and guests enjoy their vacation. Yes, our beautiful vacation home is great for one couple or a small family. Unfortunately, this guest only listed 2 adults in his inquiry. So they did not actually reserve or pay for 2 adult couples. As per our bedrooms, we provide very clear photos in our ad. One photo shows our master bedroom with large king bed. Yes, we are extremely proud of this very comfortable king size bed, which does take up most of the room for an absolutely awesome night of restful sleep. (Better than our bedroom back home.) Another photo shows 2 separate full size beds (full is a bit larger than twin). This 2nd room is extremely large, so we divided it up for sleeping, small office, and more. As to “defective plumbing”, in my opinion this is overstated, since all plumbing was in good working order. I had labeled the handheld shower handle in only the 1st floor bathroom as non-functional. But to be fair, right next to this labeled handheld is a new truly awesome overhead rain shower, which is actually better than you would get in most luxury rentals. Yes, we have strong sturdy wrought iron spiral stairs with wood stairs. These are in 100% of all the units in our community and in many, many others places throughout the Keys. It’s not much of an issue going up or down for most adults or children due to strong handrails. Well, this guest assured me that they had a great vacation and would consider returning. That's what's important. But if they do come back as 2 guests, maybe he would consider adding a star or two. :) Learn to love to live. Thanks again, Jose
