The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks from the apartment! Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only walking street, is 2 blocks away with restaurants, bars, and shops. 2 blocks in the other direction is Van Vorst Park, with lawns, playgrounds, a gazebo, and the occasional farmers market.

The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 10 minute walk through cute residential streets.

Guests have full, private access to the bottom two floors of the brownstone as well as the private backyard. There is a set of stairs to the front door and a set of stairs down to the bedrooms within the apartment.

A luxury stay in an updated historic 1800's brownstone on one of the most picturesque streets in downtown Jersey City, with three private bedrooms and a queen size pull out couch! A highly sought after private backyard with an outdoor table for seating up to 8 also features a 3-burner grill. This spacious home with hardwood floors and high ceilings is the perfect place to relax after a long day in NYC, and only 20 minutes to the World Cup at MetLife Stadium!

The living room features a plush couch and a 65-inch smart TV for movies in, as well as some board games and blankets for a cozy game night. There’s also a spacious dining room with seating for 8.

Off the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern stainless steel large appliances as well as multiple small appliances, and all the cookware you need to whip up your favorite dishes, along with plenty of counter space.

All three bedrooms are at the bottom of a set of stairs.

We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. There is a washing machine in-unit as well.

The dining table, chairs and bistro lights make for the perfect outdoor dining experience and a 3-burner grill is available for use as well.. The sun room off of the master bedroom is the perfect spot to curl up with a book and a cup of coffee.

Public transportation to NYC and Newark Airport via the PATH train. The train is a 7 minute ride to the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Easy access by PATH train to Newark Airport and a 20 minute Uber or Lyft ride.

Please note that the entrance is up a set of stairs, and ALL bedrooms are down a flight of stairs.

Parking is not included, but there are a few parking options. I like Columbus Garage LLC, 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. I believe it’s $28 a day. It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC.

Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.
