Welcome to Wind Drift SW 410, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo in Orange Beach, Alabama, featuring breathtaking Gulf views, an outdoor pool, private beach access, outdoor showers, and a grilling area. Located in the Wind Drift complex, this coastal retreat offers a spacious balcony, modern amenities, and direct access to the sugar-white sands, making it the perfect getaway for families and couples looking for relaxation and adventure.
Important Construction Notice:
Wind Drift West will be undergoing a few construction projects lasting through March 2026.
1. Stairwell Repairs: The east stairwells of all 3 buildings will be completely closed starting Monday 01/12/26. Coastal will be doing the heavy chipping and drilling in the stairwell for 7-10 days. They will open the east stairwell for emergency use and close the west stairwells. The west stairwells heavy work will last for another 7-10 days. Thes stairwells will continue to be repaired until the end of March, but it will be repairing and repainting. The noisiest work will be over the next 3 weeks.
2. Column Repairs: The SW column repair is slightly ahead of schedule and should be completed by the middle of March. Coastal is pricing up the North Column repair and will begin that work in the next couple of weeks.
3.Pool Repair: The South pool will be closed for renovation starting on Monday 01/12/26. They will be replacing the equipment, re-plastering and re-tiling the pool. This should last about 2 weeks, and when the south pool is opened, the North pool will be shut down for the same scopes of work. The pool decks will be closed off when the work is going on.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. ( limit 1- ONE DOG weighing NO MORE THAN 40lbs.)
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 -Parking Passes must be purchased on complex website- we email the link to you after booking. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
