We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the stairs leading up to the condo, especially with poor lighting. Your feedback about the difficulty of carrying luggage upstairs is noted, and we will consult with the HOA to see if there are options to improving the lighting. Regarding the temperature upstairs, we apologize for any discomfort caused. This condo does have central air, and as you noted, a fan upstairs. There were higher than normal temperatures during your stay. We appreciate that you brought the tub cleanliness issue to our attention and would have loved the opportunity to remedy that for you. We have addressed this concern with the cleaning company. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continually strive to improve our guests' experiences.
