The host was kind and helpful. The property was convenient and safe. There were several full garbage cans outside, so it was a little unclear where to put our trash at checkout. Table lamps would have been nice. We would stay again. Thanks, Marco and DC!

This was a perfect spot for our family visit to DC. The Metro station was very convenient for getting to sites along the National Mall. We were able to walk to a grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated condo. It was very clean and lovely. It suited our needs for a busy week of DC site seeing. Very close to a bus stop that was a short trip to the subway. A couple reasons for less than 5 stars could be easily fixed with bedside tables with lamps in the bedrooms and making sure the promised sundries and supplies were stocked. A more difficult complaint to fix is the outside entrance area before entering through the gate to the property. It needs to be cleaned and maintained. I cant unsee the rats running rampant around us when we struggled with our bags getting up the steps and getting in to the building. I was very reluctant to mention this in my review but thought it was an important detail that needs to be addressed.

Central location

This place was beautiful and we walked everyday to the Capitol. It was great. The neighborhood was okay, but we did not walk alone at night.

Vrbo was nice.....very accommodating......neighborhood was sometimes edgy and the walk way leaving out the vrbo was right on to a small sidewalk onto a very busy street with lots of foot traffic......the building was very secure though with locked gated doors and windows on the 1st floor....but the vrbo is set up very nice.....we had 5 older adults at the stay with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a half bath so very accommodating.....the only thing we found off was that some of the windows had no window treatments such as shades or mini blinds.....vrbo had full laundry and is close to grocery stores and restaurants

Beautiful house!

Beautiful newly renovated home. Everything was perfect inside. The hosts were very communicative and kind. The only negative is the location of the home was on the edge of a rough neighborhood. But overall we had a great stay! Thanks for hosting us.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We especially appreciated the very nice washer and dryer, which we used to wash bath towels and washcloths during our stay.The location is within walking distance to the Metro, which was very convenient. However, please note that the property is on a busy street, and sirens can be heard from the front rooms. Parking can be a bit challenging, but paid parking is available a block away. If you have a problem climbing stairs this unit may not be your best choice.Overall, we would recommend this property.

My wife and I booked a week-long stay at this property with two of our teenage kids. The place was a great fit for our trip. The inside was spacious and clean. The kitchen was set up perfectly for us to cook meals. The living room was well suited for the 4 of us to sit and relax together. All the DC attractions were an easy drive from the house. Being relatively close to downtown, the street the property is on was busy during the day but calmed down during the night. We ended up using the paid parking lot directly behind the unit which gave us a guaranteed space off of the street. I certainly don’t prefer to pay for parking, but it was worth it for the ease of coming and going. As is probably true of most VRBO’s (and most all buildings in DC) you need to be able to manage stairs to stay here, but if you can ifs a great place.Highly recommend.

Great location and super nice apartment

My wife, parents, daughter and I were able to comfortably stay for about a week. We walked to the metro station to go to the National mall, walked to Trader Joe’s, Harris Teeter, and the union market restaurants. There is construction around the corner that makes driving a little challenging but if you just head the other direction it’s not bad at all. We were able to park around the corner from the Mobil station for free the whole time.

cheap stay in DC NoMa neighborhood

The spac eitself was very clean and comfortable. The host is one of the very best I've ever had. NoMa is a great neighborhood with lots of cool spots and close to everythign you want to do in DC. But, this spot is difficult to get to and from (parking, traffic, etc.) and the part of town it's in is loud and a bit sketchy at night. We didn't mind, and so loved it. But was a bit surprised pulling up and walking around the first night based off the listing and pictures alone.

Quentin's place had enough space for our group of 5 adults. The apartment was updated, however you could see wear in areas. The apartment was pretty clean, but could use a good deep cleaning.The 3 bedrooms are on the upper level of the apartment. The front bedroom had a lot of noise from cars/the street. You could still hear cars from the back bedroom, but it was not as busy. The kitchen and living area were nice and had everything we needed. The location overall is good: close to Union Market and an easy drive into the sites. There is no onsite parking - we were able to find street parking in the evening, but weekdays during the day would be tough.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, but I'd probably not choose it again if I had a car.

Property managers are the best

I had nothing short of a positive experience at this location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I’m familiar with this area so there were no surprises. Parking was easy to find. Short walk to the NoMa metro and steps away from bus stop. Food and grocery options are plenty. Many bikes/scooters available, too! Home was immaculately clean. The property managers, Marcus and Quentin, acted promptly when I reached out to them during my stay. I also received a welcome call from Marcus, which was well received. Quentin stopped by to check on a small issue I texted him about and we ended up chatting away! They both are super friendly and warm. Thank you again! Thrilled to be the first guest and I would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment

I stayed in this beautiful townhouse for 3 weeks with my mum and kids whilst I was working in Washington. Being a shirt stroll from NoMa it was easy to get groceries, dine out and grab a coffee on the way to the metro which was only a 5 minute walk away,and only 15 mins into the National Mall. The home has absolutely everything you need for your stay. With 2 bathrooms, bath tub, a full kitchen and smart televisions thoughout we were comfortable. We had some maintenance issues that were rectified immediately and the property managers went above and beyond to help. I parked my car in P Street for free behind the gas station where I could see it from the kitchen window. Like any parts of Washington, there can some rough areas but this place is very well secured and I always felt at ease. For note, there are many stairs up to the home and then within. Just something to consider if bringing elderly

Wonderful Stay in DC Near the Metro

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a VRBO property in Washington, D.C., and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Location: The property's location couldn't have been more convenient. It was just a short walk from the metro, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Whether I wanted to visit the National Mall, explore the museums, or enjoy the vibrant nightlife, everything was just a quick metro ride away. This proximity to public transportation was a major plus! Cleanliness: The property was spotless. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that cleanliness was a top priority for the hosts. The rooms were immaculate, the bathrooms were pristine, and the kitchen was spotless and well-equipped. It was clear that the property is well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and worry-free. Communication: The communication with the property managers was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, answering any questions I had almost immediately. Their prompt responses and proactive communication made the entire booking and stay process smooth and hassle-free.
