The view is incredible! You can enjoy it on the balcony or from inside. Would love to return in the Fall. The Condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Very relaxing! Lisa was outstanding to work with, responsive and helpful with area activities to enjoy.

Would use again.

We rent condo's pretty frequently in the area due to keeping our boat at Fairfield Marina. Would definitely consider using again.

This was the second time we stayed in this condo. We choose this one because we had a great experience the first time. We knew what to expect and received exactly that and were well pleased.

Too short but so sweet!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was perfect and offered us morning and evening views from the balcony. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed and we cooked in every evening. The hosts were extremely helpful when we had questions. The area had so much to offer boating, golf and hiking. We felt safe and everyone we met wore masks to keep us all safe which we appreciated greatly!

Enjoyable Area

We enjoyed our stay in the area. The condo has a great view and is conveniently located to activities in area. Comfortable accommodations but the bedrooms are very bright at night due to outside lighting on the complex. We had a little housekeeping issue we alerted the owner about when we arrived and they are looking into it. Local property manager was excellent to communicate with.

Thank you for the comments on the parking lot lights. They are a new addition. I reached out to Public Works and the lights are now on timers so won’t be an issue in the future.

Wonderful Stay

It is always nice when a stay exceeds your expectations! We really enjoyed our stayed here and there were many positives that need to be mentioned: - super close to pool and other activities - the AC worked perfectly on the 100+ degree days. - the bed in the master bedroom was awesome!! Sooo comfortable. The kids stayed in the guest room, so I’m not sure about their beds…but we loved ours. - everything we needed (towels, dishes, etc) was all there and easy to find. - coffee maker was perfect :) - great communication with the owner made things really easy. So all in all, a wonderful stay for us! 5/5 rating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beautiful Treetop Condo! The view overlooking Greers Ferry Lake is absolutely stunning — the kind of peaceful, scenic backdrop that makes you want to linger on the balcony all day. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We also loved the location — being so close to the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts was a big bonus, and it made the trip fun and active. Whether we were enjoying the lake view or heading out for a game, everything felt easy and convenient.Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy Greers Ferry Lake in comfort with unbeatable views! The condo was clean upon our arrival. No issues with check-in. The pictures are a good representation of the unit. Furniture was comfy and in good condition. We were only there for 4 days, but I'm sure we'd enjoy a much longer stay.
