Ocean House 2903 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf-front condo

Ocean House #2903 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 9th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom (King) is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom (Queen) has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. Sofa Sleeper in living room.

Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. King, Queen, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at the guard house or office in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

We had a wonderful time! Condo was clean and exactly as described! We loved the balcony in the master! It was great to just step out on the balcony and enjoy the view from our bedroom! The zero gravity pool was great! Only thing missing was a hot tub. My granddaughter enjoyed all the activities around and now wants to make our trip to gulf shores a yearly thing!

A little getaway

Love the property the bed linen was not clean, elevator went out the first day, but was quickly fixed. A great place to stay, i would rent it again.

Top floor view of beach and ocean was phenomenal. Condo matched description and pictures. Property management company was responsive. You could hear the elevator from inside the condo but it was not obtrusive. Would have been really lovely if any beach chairs had been provided since there is storage space off the balcony. Beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our small family of 3.

Perfect room for our little family. Plenty of room to spread out with a television in each room. Furniture was well kept and the bed was comfortable. The amneties for the condo building were great. Pool was heated and grounds well kept. Note for the management company: 10am checkout is pretty early. I dont know if its standard but it was hard to get 2 kids up, get breakfast and get on the road before 10am. The morning felt really rushed lol.

Overall we really enjoyed the property and the beach. Upon check in there seemed to be an issue with me receiving our messages with the room code, but once I made contact they got us in. The garbage disposal sprung a leak and had to be replaced, but that is beyond control. Room was fairly clean with the floor being my biggest issue. One of the kitchen chairs was broke, but was still usable. Room was a good size and had just about everything we needed in the kitchen. AC worked great, beds were comfortable, plenty of sitting areas, nice balcony with a spectacular view. Pool was awesome, clean, and loved that we could just walk in. Beach was spectacular! Overall l, I would recommend staying at the Ocean House 2, room 2903!I would give our total experience an 8/10.

Great Condo - unexpected visitors

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo! However while we were gone, someone entered our condo, turned down the air, left alcohol bottles in the sink and on the balcony. We immediately reported to learn someone entered "mistakenly " entered the wrong condo. I just think that if I entered a condo and saw that someone was still occupying it, I would immediately leave and report, not have a drink on the balcony. I felt our privacy was invaded, and had hoped that VRBO or the owner would make it right,but, no action was taken.
