Beautiful place, we loved everything about it!! The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful!!!! You can see the ocean for miles! The kitchen had everything you need and more, and the entire place was very open and you did not at all feel like you were on top of each other. The pool was great, very clean, and very accessible. The location was perfect and the area was very low-key. The host was very attentive, I had a few questions and within minutes reached back out to me. Very satisfied! This was the first time we vacationed in Perdido Key, and we will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this place!!

Amazing

Great place for family to be together. Amazing views and upscale condo. The only downside was the pool. It was not clean and did not appear to have anyone maintaining it during our week long stay.

Great property! The condo was exactly as described and well stocked with everything needed. The balcony is absolutely gigantic and great for watching dolphins and other marine life everyday.The check in process however is a bit antiquated and not convenient. There are physical keys you must pick up at the Luxary Coastal vacation office and return them to the same place after your stay. While the luxury coastal staff were very nice, the check in/out process needs to be refined. Other than that, great condo!

Beautiful

This condo was truly amazing. Looked exactly like the pics. The balcony was huge and the view was breathtaking. Only problem we had was we couldn’t get the bedroom TVs to work. We didn’t watch a lot of TV anyway . I would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo. Really enjoyed the balcony and the beach.

The only thing we missed was the ability to get Netflix on the tv.

Amazing All Around

Beautifully decorated to wonderfully located. We spent Thanksgiving here and everything was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped, waffle maker was to die for (I ordered one for myself), bed slept comfortable, air/heating was on point. The view is breathtaking, the wrap around patio was nicely furnished. Condo in general was quiet, not loud and “touristy”, while kid friendly it’s not focused around kids (which not having small children we preferred) very welcoming, private and safe. This is one place we would love to return too!!!

Absolutely beautuful condo!

The condo was so womdefful! It was beautifully decorated - all the furniture was so comfortable as well. The kitchen had everything you need! We really enjoyed our week and look forward to going back next year!

What a fabulous place to stay

This was a wonderful condo to spend our week at the beach. Words cannot fully express how gorgeous the unit is. We are returning next year!!!! And Luxury Coastal Vacations is a great company to rent from. They are so customer oriented and helped with any questions or problems.

Wow place!

Exceeded our expectations in everyway! The weather was beautiful and the beach was perfect. The condo was absolutely perfect in everyway. Very quiet, room for everyone to spread out. Just a top notch, clean place!l Thanks for all you do to keep this place so awesome!

Luxury & Relaxation

We just got back and had a great time. The condo is really spacious and what I would consider high end. Some great things... - The space & layout. Loved having bathrooms in each bedroom. Kitchen was generous in size and well equipped. - Location was easy to find and relatively uncrowded even though there is a public access right next to the building. We still were able to rent chairs with no problem and had plenty of beach to ourselves. - Prop mgmt staff called to make sure we got in ok and if we needed anything. - Balcony is very large and spacious! Nice to be able to hide out from the sun if you are a shade-seeker! We would've liked more furniture on the patio, but a couple of days the wind knocked over the chairs; so we figured it was probably a safety issue to have too much stuff on the patio. Some opportunities... - The property was for sale and our stay was interrupted with a showing to a potential buyer. I understand that sometimes that's unavoidable, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. - The perimeter gate codes changed during our week (they change every month, i guess?). No one from the rental agency let us know the new code nor was it anywhere on our rental documentation. I felt like i was sneaking into my own rental building! - There was a shortage of seating in the living room. The unit sleeps 6-8 but the living room only really had seating for about 4. This seems to be a common issue in a lot of VRBO rentals we've had in the past; i guess it's owner's preference, but it should would be nice to have enough seating for everyone staying in the unit. Overall, loved it. Had a nice relaxing time and the beaches are just beautiful. The unit was higher caliber than what we've experienced in the past and it's been very well taken care of. Thanks for a great time!!
