Feels like home!

This is our second year to stay in this condo and we love it!! Very clean, huge balcony and love the decor. Looking forward to returning next year!

Beautiful Update

Beautiful refresh and furnishings. With new furniture, carpets, and paint, the only thing that would make this unit better would be new appliances.

The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and safe. You cannot beat the views you wake up to and get to enjoy everyday!Our only issue was the parking as we had 2 vehicles, but there was only one designated spot on property which we were aware of, but were not aware the overflow lot was down the block and around the corner. You cannot see it from the condo. Going at a time that was less crowded with reserved spots being unused this was a little frustrating but our cars were safe throughout the stay.

Beautiful unit and not crowded

We loved our unit. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was not nearly as crowded as other units. No crowd at the beach. It is the perfect place to stay. The only negative was only being allowed one parking space. There was overflow lot very near for our second vehicle.

Great place to stay, parking a problem.

We really enjoyed our week at La Playa. The condo was in great shape and clean as can be. The ice maker surprised us, usually we have to buy ice to keep up, and all appliances worked well. It is unusual to find a three bedroom set up for adults with king beds and a bathroom private to each couple. So many times the third bedroom is set up for kids. Our grown two children could now have adult comforts. The beach and pool were great areas, although a bit more shade at the pool would have helped. The only downside was the parking. Only one car per unit is not practical and that did cause us to take time out to shuffle drivers, etc. The overflow parking is not within comfortable walking distance and the location caused some concern for safety of the car and contents. Nothing bad happened but our first reaction was one of concern. We would stay in the place again and hope we are fortunate enough to have a good reason to in the coming years.

The view is stunning from this unit! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The one parking space is inconvenient but doable. We liked that it is one of the smaller condo buildings and not crowded on the premises. This condo did not disappoint! The rainy weather and seaweed for the week were out of everyone’s control.

Laplaya

Another great condo at Laplaya. Been coming to this building for 13 years. First time in this unit. It was beautiful but was lacking a few of the kitchen items we are used to having here. Still would come back.

Excellent Condo

Our stay at La Playa 1202 was wonderful. The condo is beautifully decorated and amenities are very thoughtful. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of everything you would need....even a larger slow cooker. Glassware and china are great as well. Our only complaint was only one parking spot...that made it difficult on an all adult vacation and couples going in different directions. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Amazing condo!! Will book again next year!!

Beautifully furnished and very inviting! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning and the beach was a short walk from the condo. Everyone (family of 4) had plenty of room to spread out for privacy. We felt right at home and look forward to booking the same condo next year!
