-Passport photos will be collected before check-in due to law.
-Cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee of 50 euros. Due to requests from some guests for hotel-style cleaning, we have found it necessary to include this information. Please remember that this is not a hotel.
-If you prefer VIP one way airport transportation (80 euros for up to 6 people or 100 euros up to 16 people), please inform me before the day you arrive. Note that only cash USD, EURO or TL payments are accepted.
Car Parking:
-There are free slots in front of the house. But they may be occupied by other residents of neighborhood.
-There is a private car park close to our place that costs 15 euro daily.

In the interconnected neighborhoods of Fener and Balat, you can find numerous historical structures indicating the former presence of Jewish, Greek, Armenian, and Turkish communities.
