Wonderful condo in Canmore

Three longtime friends stayed 4 nights in the condo and couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations and location. The unit offers great views and is well maintained and stocked for a very comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Great place for a mountain getaway!

This was a great place for a weekend getaway in the mountains! Plenty of room to accommodate 3 couples and our pups. Kitchen was well stocked and having a park pass was very convenient.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view!

Everything was exactly as described and perfect for our group of three couples, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was modern, clean with high-end appliances and very comfortable furnishings. The view from the balcony was spectacular!

Fantastic stay in Canmore

Little Sister Getaways provided fantastic service and value for a gorgeous 3 bedroom, three bathroom unit that was pet friendly. They were responsive and prompt to messages and very professional. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Clean and spacious

We have stayed a number of times in Canmore this suite was one of the best so far. Very clean and spacious. It also had a wonderful view from the patio of the mountains. The pool was small, but the hot tub was great. Unfortunately the elevator was being repaired when we were there. No fault of theirs.

There was two families with 3 little kids under 4 and everyone really enjoyed the house and especially the pool.

Banff Ski Vacation

We had a great stay! The views were wonderful from the condo. The condo was very nice and clean. We had a rental car, so getting around Canmore and heading to ski was very easy. Restaurant were very good. We would plan to go back and rent this same place. The elevator was not working so we needed to walk up 4 flights of steps.Suppose to be back in service soon.

Lovely place, great view, building had some issues

Perfect place to stay near Banff, we’re really glad we stayed in Canmore vs, Banff. The Condo was perfect for my family of 5 adults, with three bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom suite (though only 2 showers, the third just a tub). The view was lovely. We booked nine months in advance and 2 weeks before our stay we were informed that the elevators were out of order. We had no option to rebook so late so we stayed with it. We are healthy and active but man the stairs at the end of a busy active days was a lung buster even for the younger ones. One day the front door of the building was broke. The unit itself also was a little run down with the stove not working (they did provide two camping burners in place), broken window levers, and the carpeting is kind of old. Definitely could use some updates. We used the gym a couple of times and that was pretty well equipped and nice for a vacation unit.Overall tho we had a wonderful stay. We hiked several times, toured Lake Louise and Morraine Lake, took the gandola up in Banff, did a river float, and played golf at SilverTip. Such a beautiful place

No shower in 3rd bathroom

3rd bathroom only has a bathtub no shower. Still had to end up sharing a bathroom with another couple.

Perfect for a family getaway

We loved the amenities of the Mountain Penthouse - we were there with our 6 kids and dog . There was lots of room for all eight of us to comfortably sleep, lounge and dine . The kids loved the pool and hot tub ! We also loved the affordability while still being so close to Banff Sunshine for skiing ! The park pass was a huge added bonus for us it made it easy Saturday morning to get through the park gates and right to the hill to get skiing ! Canmore was beautiful to explore and much less busy than Banff, and we loved that there was a dog park literally down the street from the lodge. Parking was easy even with two vehicles and the property was well kept and the views were fabulous from the living area and patio - great place to Unwind and watch the sun set or rise over the mountains . We will certainly be repeat customers!

Best I’ve ever seen

Three older ladies reuniting after 40 years, we’ve seen our fair share of places to stay. We were amazed at how well appointed this space was for everything. A full spice rack. Coffee, tea, oil in the pantry. Cling wrap and aluminum foil! We wanted for nothing! Our condo had a lovely view and we were thrilled with the spaciousness. Would definitely go back!!

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful spacious condo, with lots of room to spread out, and so quiet. With great mountain views on three sides we could see the weather rolling in and sunset. This condo is well appointed and as everything you’ll need to cook a great meal, and the steam shower was well used.

Great condo for large families.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are a good size. The master suite is spacious with lots of lighting and a great bathtub and bathroom area. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a water filtration system attached to the kitchen sink. The view is beautiful and the building is quiet after 10 pm. Ice machine located on P1.There were a few things that made our stay frustrating. First, the unit is on the 4th floor. We knew this going into booking. What we didn’t know was that the Aurora complex has only one elevator. Not a bank of elevators, but one elevator. We chose this particular condo for the size of our party and that it was dog friendly. We waited upwards of 5 minutes at any given time for the elevator. When you have dogs and you need to take them outside for their bathroom breaks, it was a ridiculously long wait. Second, we struggled with the temperature in the condo. My room was extremely cold. The master suite, was always hot and the other bedroom bounced back and forth between hot and cold. The thermostat was not complicated to figure out, it just couldn’t be regulated. And finally, the pool area. We understand that this is a family complex, with kids, but the pool area was always full with kids as was the hot tub, and it was loud. Perhaps a solution to this is having adult only times available. Then it gives families time to enjoy then adults who want pool/hot tub time too without all the commotion.
