The Property

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo boasts a spectacular Gulf view and access to amazing resort-style amenities - from private beach access to poolside Tiki Bars as well as a coffee/ ice cream shop! (The best of both worlds for kids and adults!)

The resort is also very close to golf at Signal Hill, shopping at Pier Park, or hiking in St. Andrews State Park!! This unit is Ideal for a family beach trip or a romantic getaway, and the owners have made sure you have all of the essentials for a worry-free stay!!

FAQ: Resort fee covers WiFi, parking, elevator access to 22nd-floor unit, RING doorbell security camera (facing unit entry only), Resort Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM. Please be advised there are multiple improvements going on around the resort property and there may be intermittent noise for which we do not approve refunds for any disruption. (ALL construction for this unit is complete.)

RESORT AMENITIES Private beachfront access, lagoon style pool, outdoor hot tub, heated indoor pool & jacuzzi, children's play area, beachfront water sport rentals, beach chair & umbrella service, poolside tiki bar, poolside Shoreline Bar & Grille, coffee & ice cream shop, 24-hour fitness center, business center, and gift shop.

RESORT RULES and POLICIES:

- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

*****NOTE: The resort requires Guests pay a $100 resort fee to access the property, and they now have a new online registration. You will be sent a link after booking and will show the registration QR code you receive at the front deck for your packet. The fee includes 2 parking passes (1 reserved garage space plus one additional non reserved space marked by yellow paint) and wristbands for beach and resort amenities access. Any delay requesting these passes / wristbands upon arrival may result in having your vehicles towed at your expense and / or being denied access to the amenities. Photo ID may be required upon checking in. The rfid wristbands will scan you into the garage. The resort may have construction going on in the garage or elsewhere. We are not responsible for any disruption due to work outside of the unit.
