Good stay

Loved the house. Layout was great and outdoor space was super fun. Wish they had provided a few more paper towels and tissues, things like that. Communication through vbro was not good but once they started directly communicating with us it was fine. Beds are really firm, but other than that the rooms were great and bathrooms nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Cute house and layout is wonderful. Outdoor entertainment area is wonderful with the pool. Newly opened gas station behind the house which provides too much light into back bedrooms at night. These rooms could use room darkening shades to keep this light out. There were a few housekeeping issues that need attention. The hall bath exhaust fan leaks and has mold. Although the floors had been swept prior to our check in, it was apparent they had not been mopped for some time. Also the corners of the showers had mildew. They need a more thorough cleaning between tenants. There were no oven mitts or kitchen towels available, making it difficult to remove hot pans from the oven. There were multiple towel holders in the bathrooms that were not fully attached to the walls.

Comfy Modern Home w/ some kinks to fix.

The home looks just like in the pics and the outside patio area and pool were a fun place to hang. However, as soon as you walk into the home...a very strong smell hits you. It's not just paint or wood but more of a chemical smell. All rooms are roomy and all beds were comfy. The kitchen was spacious for us who cooked dinner each night so we appreciated the space and open layout. The downside is that they barely had any containers, pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. This is great if you're not cooking but we really were missing so much. To bring all the cookware you need on a vacay is a hassle. The very basics were also not provided such as salt, cooking oil, coffee, sugar, etc. Not knocking it for this but I am disclosing because if you plan to come here and cook...bring everything you need. The lack of toilet paper was also a con. One roll on the toilet paper handle and one extra. Lol. Be very resourceful. We did very much enjoy the pool, very spacious patio space and playing corn hole was the icing on top of the cake for our very fun evenings.
