Rooms were all clean and very spacious. This fit my group of 16 perfectly and my dog loved the yard and pool. Also loved that the deck stairs had gates that we could close for the dogs. Couldn’t get into 1 of the houses and the host answered my phone call right away and helped me.

Nice place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Had a great stay. Some things are outdated and could use some TLC.

Kitchen was great had all basic necessities provided. Pool was a bit dirty, someone came by to clean it the evening we checked in. ( we still swam in it) There is an electrical outlet outside that has a bare wire.( needs to be checked) The house on the left has a soft spot on floor in between kitchen & living room. Over all we enjoyed our stay quick beach accsess, we would definitely stay again & recommend to friends.

Once I called to see why my door code had not been sent ;was informed that the property had a issue being fixed and they would text me when issue had been resolved,now keep in mind that this place had been booked way in advanced,and that issue should not even be coming into play at this time.I would nir recommend renting this place out at all, needs a lot of upkeep.

Beach Please Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay at Beach Please rental. The house was clean and well appointed with plenty of kitchen space and needs. The pool was the "hit" and for us who were fortunate enough to sleep in the King beds comfortable. The downside was the number of complaints I heard form those sleeping on the other beds. The described them as hard and even had a few opt for the floor and the couch instead. The mattresses may need to be reevaluated for future rentals

Home was clean with plenty of space for our large group. The home could use a little work, as there are some lifting floor boards and nails which we tripped over/scraped our feet on. The pool was dirty on arrival and there was dog poop from the previous guests that we had to clean up. Aside from those things, the house was great. It was comfortable and the AC was nice and cold after a hot day in the sun.
