Upon your arrival, you advised that the loft was warmer than expected. We responded immediately, identified the cause, and resolved the issue on the first day. The home’s central air conditioning operated normally for the remainder of your stay. The loft and garage game room are accurately described and shown in our listing. When you later reported a ceiling light issue, we contacted you the following morning and offered to come that same day to address any maintenance concerns. You declined our offer and advised that a visit was not necessary. We appreciated your comments regarding the grill and have addressed them with our cleaning team. We also inspected the headboard after your departure. We found the home’s water system to be operating normally, with no plumbing issues during or after your stay. During your stay, you informed us that you removed the access panel and components around the Jacuzzi tub rather than contacting us first. We would have appreciated the opportunity to inspect the issue ourselves. When it became clear the property was not meeting your expectations, we offered an early checkout with a refund for any unused nights.
