The home was centrally located. Easy access to everything. It was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. The sunsets were quite beautiful and peaceful. We would stay here again.

Walk on beach was lovely, mist over the marsh with morning coffee and Carolina Wren singing was peaceful start to our day home. Would definitely come back again if our travels bring us here. (And maybe not be busy at sunset so we could enjoy it!)

We had a lovely time! The communication with the host was reliable. He even had snacks for us, binoculars for bird watching, and some toiletries for the bathroom. The house was clean, cozy, quiet, and had an amazing view. It was steps away from the beach too! Great property for our family with 2 little kids. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, beautiful location, wonderful area! I could stay on the deck all day if it wasn't for the beautiful beach so close by. Patruck is very responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. We would love to come back!

This house was a perfect setting for a small family get-together. The scenery is beautiful and it's ideally located for walks to the beach and the boardwalk. Patrick was a responsive host, and really thought of everything when furnishing the house. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the sofa, the beds, the deck furniture. Ample parking for 3 cars, if needed. An excellent stay in a relaxing setting.

What a weekend ! Friday to Monday at Patrick’s home was better than expected . The home is very clean, comfortable, loved the layout, and deck was a superb extension of living space . Just a lovely setting ! Patrick was very accessible and responded so quickly to our inquiries.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is secluded and has gorgeous views. We even saw the Osprey nest! The house itself is very clean and beds are comfortable. Host was very responsive. What more could you ask for?

Totally recommend this beautiful home. The view and tranquility from the deck is amazing! The location is a perfect short walk to the beach and was just a short walk to our distant family in Milford! Patrick was the best host to deal with for anything we needed, just a text away!

I am a 30 year educator, author, and father who is new to the world of VRBO but truly excited to share my home with others. I am a biker, beachgoer, kayaker, and hiker in between watching my son play soccer and working for schools and the students they serve.

Amy and I made a promise that we would always seek to live where we could look out our window and see something beautiful. This home offers some of the most stunning sunsets over a protected marshland that is home to dozens of different species of birds. Add to this the fact that you are a walk away from the beach, down the road from a state park with a beautiful boardwalk and only 1.5 miles from a fun downtown located on a marina with tons of restaurants. There is always something happening in Milford, recently named The Most Popular Coastal City in the US by Zillow!

The location provides privacy with all the access. It is the last house on the road with direct views of the marsh and no other immediate houses on three sides. When you are in your back yard or on the back deck you are on your own with a beautiful view. The yard also offers some additional open space for lawn games.
