Beautiful sunset on John’s Pond

WiFi is good but was out shortly while the provider was working on the system. This was forwarded to the guest via text from Xfinity. Guest was aware that house was subdivided into separate units. All tenants are working professionals and are seldom on site. This house is set back quite a ways from the road, with many hedges, bushes, and buffers providing great privacy. All bedrooms and bathrooms have curtains. The house provides a starting supply of paper goods, linens & extras, 5 beach towels, 14 bath towels, coffee, and toiletries. This extensive supply makes for a pleasant arrival with no missing necessities. I want to address the following issues with this guest and her family. Guest inquired about whether this was a separate private house, was told that it was subdivided and that she will be residing in the main quarters of the house. Each unit has private entrance. She knew about the status of this house prior to booking and chose to book. This booking was originally for only two guests, this was later changed to four and again later to five guests. The house booking was up to four but can accommodate five and requires an additional charge for the extra guest. As of now, this guest is refusing to pay for the extra charge. Rules dictate a quiet time 10pm to 8am. Adult children yelling and screaming from 11 to 12 many nights. Kayak wasn’t pulled up at all. House was left filthy. Railing pulled out, pee on walls, Totally disgusting. Therefore No longer doing VRBO.
