Beautiful ground level unit with a rare back door walk to the beach access. That's right, no elevators necessary! Just step off your private back deck across the grassy area to the beach access walk way! This unit features 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 full bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well. You'll have in room laundry for your convenience as well as a full kitchen and dining space. You do get a bit of a gulf view even from this ground level somewhat limited by the dunes but you can see the water from your back deck.
