We really enjoyed our stay. Cannon Beach is an easy walk. Beach access is at the end of the street. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

We love cannon beach

This area is so awesome and this place we booked was nice to come home to. It felt like home with having a full kitchen lots of rooms for privacy

Beautiful home and great location 1 block from the beach. It would be helpful to mention in the house booklet that there is heat only, no AC. It mentions where the thermostat is, but does not mention no AC and that opening windows is typically sufficient.

This property is in a great location in the Tolovana neighborhood, one block from the beach and one block from a great coffee shop. It is about a mile from the center of Cannon Beach. It is next to a busy road so there is some road noise. The upstairs, which has the living area and the queen bedroom, is good sized, very nice, and has a nice bathroom. The ground level has the king bedroom and the converted garage bedroom. The bathroom for that level is quite small and is the least desirable aspect of the house, except for the internet, which is terrible, particularly on the lower level. We were surprised that the management company adds a fee for bookings through VRBO rather than directly with them.

We liked this property, it was quite comfortable. The shower stalls were a wee bit tight but performed their function. We would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A few minor things I wish I had realized/known ahead of time: 1. There was no bath. Only showers. Generally fine, but we had a baby covered in sand who needed a bath! 2. The showers are quite small. If you’re at all close to plus sized OR have to wash said sandy baby in your shower with you- good luck. We didn’t have hot water for the first day. It ended up being a switch on the breaker that we fixed ourselves. Minor problem but it was frustrating. Just a heads up for future renters! Check the breaker panel. Otherwise it was great! I love how the garage space is turned into a bedroom space. There were extra beach chairs and beach toys available at the house which was great! House was clean and ready for us earlier than expected!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the fireplace was perfect on a cold rainy day. Short walk to the beach with a view of Haystack rock!

Great location! The house is minutes from the beach and Haystack Rock. The living space was great with a fireplace & kitchen! Super comfy! Note that one of the three bedrooms is a converted garage but it was super clean & my husband thought it was awesome!

We had a great time at CAnnon Beach. This property is in a great location!! We are steps from a local coffee shop and from Cannon Beach and walked the beach daily; you can walk the beach all the way to downtown which we did on several mornings (it’s bit over a mile each way). We were also very close to a grocery store which made things easy when we had a few days of rain. The condo was very nice. It’s on the small side which worked well for 2 people; not sure how it would work for a family. The only thing that threw us off was the cable TV; we are used to streaming our own Netflix/prime etc. and we could not do that in this condo; we ended up watching TV mainly on my iPad (best to know this if your traveling with kids and they want their Disney app… ). All in, a great place and a great vacation!!

Great location. Clean but there was a strange odor, like ammonia, which increased during our stay. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Washer was broken but rental office communicated that in advance, which was appreciated. Wi-fi is spotty, which I am guessing is why they don’t have streaming options. Had to use my hot spot to get some work done. Very close to the beach, just a short walk. The bunnies in the yard were so cute! Overall a nice stay!
