The place was great and their communication was on point. House was clean, well equipped and so close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall a lovely place. Some minor issues that were quickly resolved by the management company. Can't beat the location and the back yard was the star. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at Sunshine Oasis the last 2 summers. Great location! Especially nice to have a pool for the rough surf days.

Great Location!

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for us & our teenagers! Beds were comfortable & decor was spot on! Loved the pool & fenced yard! Will definitely stay here again!

Family vacay by the pool

We are local so not coming to the beach but to relax in the peace and quote by the pool

I hesitated booking this home it because of some other reviews. But this is a lovely home. Its clean, spacious, and well maintained. The pool is beautiful. It was November, so we didn't use the pool to swim, but the back yard and decks are spectacular, and we enjoyed spending time in the outside areas. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend.

Beach home 🏖️

The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and we took our dog for a walk in the neighborhood it was very clean and quiet. The Bay is really close and the Beach is just minutes away. I will definitely return with my family. We had a relaxing stay.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. With the average temperature pushing past 90° every day during your stay, you’re probably right—the pool didn’t exactly feel like a mountain spring! Luckily, the Gulf is usually at its best this time of year—warm, clear, and perfect for swimming. We hope you were still able to take advantage of the easy beach access, enjoy some of the fantastic local restaurants nearby, and relax under the swaying palms in the backyard. And of course, nothing beats coming back to that cool A/C after a hot Florida day.

The best stay in Pensacola Beach!

My family vacations here every summer- but this place was a steal! We’re used to staying on the sound side on water, but this home had a pool and great yard space- and was pet friendly! Had everything you could ask for and more. Even had an umbrella and chairs set up for us at the beach! Not a far walk to the beach either. Highly recommend!

During your stay, we were in touch regarding the condition, and our pool vendor came out to treat a minor algae issue that had caused some surface staining. The water was safe for swimming and expected to clear up over the next few days. While these types of issues can occasionally pop up in any pool, we understand it wasn’t quite what you were expecting, and we’re sorry it didn’t meet your standards this time around. We truly value your feedback and hope you’ll come back for another beach getaway soon—with a sparkling, crystal-clear pool ready for you to enjoy!

Would stay there again.

There were 10 of us staying and we were able to spread out. The house and the location were exactly as described. Nice area to walk/run in. The beach was not crowded in this area but I have no idea how it looks in the summer season. The area was very safe and did not have all of the 'cruising' that you run into in some of the other beach towns. Automated toll booths were a welcomed addition from the last time we visited Pensacola.

Beautiful, clean and great location

We loved this home, just stayed a few days but enjoyed it so much, the house was very clean and well kept. The pool is beautiful I would highly recommend. The only small item would be some new pool furniture and cushions, the 2 loungers were in bad shape. But that is just from wear and tear. Very easy to buy a couple more.

Wonderful Staycation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Oasis. We are local to the area so we knew this was an ideal location, but the setup of the home was perfect! We had a family of 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space. The decks were wonderful to lounge/eat lunch on and the pool would have been amazing but the weather didn’t allow us to use it. The house is very nicely stocked with all you will need for a comfortable stay. I did not notice any missing details—-excellent job for whomever prepared the house for us! The furniture was comfortable and clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and we hope to rent here again soon.

Sunshine Oasis 2024

We loved the property, however it was not ready for us and our family guests. Pool, deck, grill, outdoor cushions were not in acceptable condition when we arrived. After calls to the management company and having 7 people out the next day progress was made and by 5 days into our stay the property was in good condition. We enjoyed our stay and liked a lot of things about the area and the property
