Fabulous stay for our party of, 16 people. Great house and pool, host was great with lots of suggestions It's slightly further to the beach than we expected, but highly recommended overall

We had a great stay with our group of 14 people. The villa was spacious and the two separate sections gave everyone plenty of privacy. It was also very quiet, so we didn't disturb each other in the mornings or evenings.The swimming pool was large and perfect for our group. Mano was an amazing host always quick to answer our questions and very helpful. When our 4-year-old son became ill, he immediately gave us advice about doctors and hospitals, which we really appreciated.We highly recommend this villa!

We booked this incredible villa for mine and my partners 30th birthday! It’s beautiful inside and out with lots to do around the area!There was 15 of us and it was very spacious and super clean. Had everything you needed!Mano was an amazing host and we would highly recommend staying at this beautiful place to anyone. Thanks Mano for your amazing hospitality!

Simply Great!

We had a wonderful vacation here! Manu is very eager and gives great tips. Whether good food or great destinations. The house was also very great. Clean, neat and the pool was wonderful. We hope that we will make it again in this accommodation 👍

Incredible

Our stay was absolutely faultless. The owner Mano is so attentive and was so kind to us before and during our stay. Even with 15 of us we had so much room in the villa. It was clean and spacious. Thank you Mano for making our trip memorable!

Great time with the whole family (4-84years)

We had a great time with the whole family (4-84 years) in the house! Mano and Gaby were very helpful and wonderful hosts who were always immediately responsive when help was needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the wonderful pool, table tennis and beach volleyball area.

Great Place, run and book it!

Outstanding Villa with very supportive team. It is well maintained, perfect location. With brand new equipment. Kitchen is great and the swimming pool is awesome. The backyard has toys for the kids. Special thanks to Gaby, doing a great work.

Unbeatable!

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic this villa is! Plenty of space for 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids), lovely clean pool, great location, plus Mano the owner could not be more helpful. We will hopefully be back!

Beautiful Villa

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The Villa was well equipped, looked great and has beautiful views. The best thing about the Villa is Mano who went over and above to help us book local dinners, taxis, help us out when the shops were close on a family day (Greek Easter Sunday). He is extremely generous and a very welcoming and kind host. I highly recommend staying here in a beautiful spot in Greece.

I cannot say enough about the property manager. He went out of his way to welcome and make us as comfortable as possible during our stay. The area is fantastic with a plethora of authentic tavernas and great beaches. The property itself has a great pool and all enjoyed the facility. With a large group like ours, it was the perfect property.

Boys Annual Trip away

Manos and Gaby were excellent and helpful hosts. Food and drinks were purchased and placed in the apartment for our arrival. The villa was clean and tidy with plenty of space and comfortable areas to relax. Pool area beautiful and surrounding landscapes. Thanks Manos and Gaby

Big Fat Greek Family Vacation

We were a family of 13 ranging from 7 to 77. The house was set up beautifully. Open enough for the whole family, but the 2 apartments made a little alone time possible. Mano gave us great suggestions for dinner and daytime activities. He made himself available if we needed anything. Amazing time had by all.

What a fabulous villa and fabulous host. We were met at the villa by the host so check in was smooth. Mano took us to the supermarket for the first shop essentials and pointed out restaurants and the route to the beach, which was very helpful. The kitchen has everything you needed although we could have done with an extra shelf in the ovens as when we did stay in we were cooking for 12. That said, you also have a bbq and we ate out more than in thanks to the many reasonably priced restaurants nearby. A trip to the local lake is a must, so beautiful. Thank you Mano for a wonderful stay and we really hope to return soon.

Eine Perle mit wunderschönen Berg und Meerblick. A pearl with beautiful mountain and sea views

2 weeks fun and relaxation. Outstanding service. Manousos is a great host. Answers and supports immediately. Thanks to helpful guidance we could discover fantastic places. 14 persons had enough space. We‘ll certainly come back to enjoy the nice house, area and the beautiful Island.

WHAT AN AMAZING STAY!!!

First of all, the villa was just beautiful, clean and perfect for our large group of friends and young kids. It had everything, very comfortable, clean and was perfect for the kids (aged 3 to 7 months old). Second, our host Mano - WHAT A HOST!!! He made the trip even better, he really looked after us and was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't recommend him and his Villa more!! I am defo coming back next year!! Thanks Mano!!

Safe, well driven and perfect place!

Fantastic place, perfect for our stay ! We were 3 families, 6 adults and 7 children, no problem getting room, airconditioned beds and barbeque facilities for all. 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants,would recommend at least one car for morning shopping etc, two supermarkets 5 minutes (car) away. Gaby is very responsive, polite and full trustworthy. So is Mano, lives close and is the perfect host, without being intrusive. If you want the safe, private yet still full supported Cretan stay - go for this place! All thumbs up!

Georgioupolis Beach Resort Heaven

An absolutely stunning villa with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday in beautiful surroundings. The location is fabulous just outside of Kavros Beach to be peaceful and have great mountain views but close enough to the tavernas and shops to stock up on goodies for the fantastic BBQ. We were a family of 10 with youngsters 20, 40 & almost 60 yr olds who all had a fantastic time with not one of us wanting to leave. Mano & Gaby really looked after us and keep the place spotless and are very discrete but extremely friendly. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and we are sure to visit again soon. Thanks for a lovely relaxing break👍🌞

We stayed at Mano’s villa in Crete as a group of 15 school friends and had the most incredible week. Mano was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and special. From the moment we arrived, he helped us with everything we could possibly need – booking taxis whenever we wanted to go out, arranging a hire car, organising airport transfers, and even surprising us with delicious local pastries.The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Crete while still feeling private and relaxing.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Mano, for making our trip unforgettable. We would recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation!

Don’t hesitate to book this house

We were a group of seven friends. We were all looking forward to a memorable trip to Greece, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful. We had a day mid week that we decided to just hang by the house and enjoy the pool. It was so relaxing... Gaby and Mano could not be better hosts. They introduced us to someone to set up a trip to the Samaria gorge. They also recommend GREAT places to eat. My friends asked them to set up a breakfast as a surprise for my birthday, they did an amazing job. They made our stay a great one.

Great villa, perfect host

We had a wonderful week in Crete. Manos communicated with us in advance and provided an essentials shop which was a godsend as we arrived late. The villa was easy to find and Manos met us there despite our late arrival. It easily accommodated our 2 families of 4, the kids had a room each. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Manos gave good recommendations for meals out also.The villa was spotless and it was great to have a midweek clean with sheet/towel change.The views of the mountains are lovely. It’s only a 10 minute walk to a huge sandy beach. The pool area is great and the sundowner patio was well used. We all loved playing volleyball.We would highly recommend the villa. Thankyou Manos!

Large Family with teens

We were 3 families with 15 people staying in this lovely home. The home is actually 2 separate units both with their own kitchens. We were very comfortable, and our teens particularly loved the outdoor amenities of the pool and volleyball net. The views are amazing- if you look one way you see the sea and the mountains the other way. We hired cars and drove to the beach that is within a 5-10 minute drive. We also loved the town surrounding the lake. We found this location to be ideal as we were close to the beach but could also drive about 45 minutes to Chania in the evening. Mani, the owner, and Gabi, manager, were always available to answer questions. Highly recommend, and we would certainly stay here again.

Family-friendly holiday home

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful and well-equipped house. There was plenty of space for both social gatherings and alone time for the extended family of 16, and several good outdoor areas for shared meals, relaxation and activities. Both the pool, the volleyball court and the table tennis table were used extensively. The covered seating area by the pool was lovely when the day was at its hottest. A very pleasant host contributed to top experiences. We received good information and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the local area. He organized an unforgettable barbecue evening to celebrate a family anniversary. He also put us in touch with a provider who arranged a fantastic private boat trip for us with sightseeing and swimming from the boat. We can recommend this holiday home warmly!

Great stay, great house and excellent service

We were three generations on a family trip (from 2 years to 70 years), staying at the house 1 week in early October. What you see in the advirtisement is what you get :) All bedroms were of good size, clean and with well-functioning air condition (which is important when you are from Norway, like we are) Pool area is excellent! Sun all day on the pool, and also good opportunities for sitting in the shadow in the sitting group area (for those preferring that). Close proximity to grocery store and a very nice beach, well suited for both children and elderly. Mano was truly an excellent host. You can truly feel that it's important for him that all visitors have a best possible stay, and he responded within minutes when we had questions. Also good recommendations on where to go, boat trips etc. So I can give my best recommendations!

A first class family holiday

The house is spacious and very well appointed and equipped throughout. The gardens at the front of the house are lovely with an excellent swimming pool and terrace areas for sunbathing. Very good parking for maybe 6 cars. The back has a small garden with a very good BBQ, and great patio area where all of us (15) could enjoy dinner. In future there appears to be plans for some development close to the back of the property which might not enhance the view. The house is within walking distance of the very long beach, though we discovered that a short drive to Mike's Oasis was the best area for beach activities. The local village of Georgioupolis was interesting with a number of reasonable restaurants. Above all, our host Mano was first class, attentive and on call when needed. We would have no problem in visiting Villa Georgioupolis Beach Haven again.
