Very responsive host, much appreciated. Location is in a nice area close to all parks. A pool, peace and fun, what more could we ask for. Just right for our family of 5 and our little dog.

Lovely home for us to spend the night!! Clean and the pool was perfect for our little ones! My oldest was even confident enough to swim on her own for the first time ever!

We had a great, quick stay and everything was exactly as advertised! The home and very comfortable beds after a long day at Universal Studios was exactly what we needed. Our boys loved the game area and the adults really enjoyed the super cute backyard area. We had everything we needed and the host provided immediate responses to our questions.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay! Very comfortable couches and beds. Very nice shower head in primary. Unfortunately, it is not explained in the description that wash clothes are not provided for bathing. I feel like that is important information for a traveler to have. Additionally, the kitchen sick was dirty, the appliances needed wiped on the outside, the bunk bed room had a toy on the bed, the bed was disheveled where it looked liked someone laid on the top of the blanket, and there was something in the floor between the bed and the chest. I feel like the cleaner peeked their head in and saw the bed was made and didn’t examine the room. I would stay there again though because nothing was bad enough to ruin my stay. I still enjoyed it. It just wasn’t at the level for a full 5 star review.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was convenient for getting around Kissimmee/Orlando, and the check-in process was easy. Overall a great experience and I’d happily book again.

Jose was extremely attentive and communicative. The property was exactly as described. My kids loved being able to watch a movie while in the pool. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was very efficient. My kids also really enjoyed the game room, although it is not under air conditioning.

Ants Everywhere! Contacted host and got an apology but we can’t help! Pool was full of ants and they told me to skim it myself if I wanted to use it. Master bathroom had ants, hall bath had ants, kitchen had ants. They said sorry about the ants but we can’t get anyone till Monday so we had to suffer through them! My hands are eaten up just because I picked up a towel off the bedroom floor! Paid full price for amenities I could not use! Shop around

Hi Larry, We were at the home and personally inspected it the evening prior to your check in, there were ZERO ants throughout the home. We came to inspect after you left to show pictures to pest control & pool maintenance, and found only a few DEAD ants in the home, by the door. Which you can see in the photo you provided, that they are indeed not alive. You ONLY mentioned to us about ants in the pool and by the screen door, but in this review you stated multiple other places which indeed is NOT TRUE. if it was, you would’ve mentioned them to us when we asked for pictures and where all the ants were so we could inform pest control. Also, in regards to the OUTDOOR pool, we specifically let you know that it is an outdoor pool and bugs are bound to get in, and that you could skim it out yourself since you let us know about your issue Saturday EVENING, when you checked in Friday and we didn’t hear a word from you about ants or anything. Our pool company let us know that this is completely normal, especially in florida with this time of the year and the weather. We couldn’t get anyone out there to clean the dead ants up for you since it was again, Saturday evening & you checked out the next morning. We apologized multiple times but as we said, it was too late of a notice to get anyone out there to assist you. Thank you once again for staying with us, we hope you enjoy your next vacation elsewhere. 😊🐜

I would highly advise against renting this property.Unfortunately, the home was extremely dirty upon arrival and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our stay. The floors, showers, toilets, appliances, and other surfaces were dirty and covered in dust and grime. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out, and we found both live and dead ants in the bathroom, kitchen, and windowsills. We even found fake fingernails in the windowsills and on the bathroom floor.Most concerning, the bedding did not appear to have been properly washed. We ended up having to go out and purchase cleaning supplies and completely clean the home ourselves, including washing all of the sheets, linens, and comforters before we felt comfortable using them. This is absolutely not something guests should have to do after paying a cleaning fee.The refrigerator also did not function properly. Additionally, there appeared to be more cameras on the property than were clearly disclosed in the listing. Throughout our stay, we also became extremely uncomfortable because it was very evident to us that the outdoor cameras were being actively monitored while we were outside. There were interactions and circumstances that made it apparent that our activity outside was being watched. Regardless of the purpose of the cameras, feeling as though we were being actively observed while trying to enjoy our vacation was incredibly uncomf

This review is literally a joke, you called us and was marking a big deal over some dust on the WiFi router and a dead ant in Florida! Imagine going to a going to a rental property and complaining about the air vent having dust and all to get some money back. Please if you can’t afford to leave your house just stay home. We offered to give you a full refund so you can leave the home and find a new one through VRBO, since the house was “so dirty” but you refused which tells us that it wasn’t that bad. We even contacted VRBO immediately, and they even said the pictures and information you provided made it seem like you just wanted a free stay. Also, we did not have any communication with you after this, so for you to LIE about our interactions making you feel unsafe and “being watched” is ridiculous. We have two cameras on the EXTERIOR of the property, one facing our pool heater and one facing the END of our driveway, which is CLEARLY stated in our listing. I feel bad for the next host that has to deal with such a guest.

From day 1 I had great communication with the host. The homes ambiance and amenities were perfect for my family of 9 and our dog on a mini vacation. It was just enough space we needed to relax and have fun. Space for movie time all together, poolside fun with an awesome projector screen and a garage of all different types of games. The dining room table is my favorite because it was big enough for all 9 of us to sit and talk,eat, do a craft and play games. The host was very nice about us having our dog and the fenced in yard was perfect for her even though it is not closed in completely. I would definitely stay with them again and highly recommend it for others.

We had a great stay. The layout of the home was perfect for our large party we had, and the proximity, to the Disney parks and other amenities in Orlando was very good. We enjoyed using the pool in the little bit of downtime we had. Would definitely stay there again..

Great place for families and large groups. Plenty of space and stuff for the kids to do - and a good sized driveway for multiple rental cars, if needed. Less than a 10 minute drive to fast food places too. Awesome value!

The space was very accommodating, clean and provided the necessities for our stay. I think the best part for us was the pool and the projector :) Also super convenient location to food options and other retail stores.
