The Space:

Experience ultimate relaxation in this stylish home featuring a serene hot tub oasis, perfect for unwinding. Designed for comfort, this property includes four elegantly appointed bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a room with a king-sized bed, another with both a king-sized and a queen-sized bed, and a third with a full-sized bed. Downstairs, a room equipped with two single beds ensures flexibility for various preferences.



The modern bathrooms are well-equipped, and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience during the initial 2-3 days.



The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, featuring all necessary appliances and utensils. Start your mornings with complimentary coffee or tea, setting a perfect tone for a relaxing day.



The living room provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, equipped with a Samsung TV for entertainment. The primary bedroom also features a Samsung TV, allowing for a private viewing experience. Guests will need to use their accounts to access content.



Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring you can work or stream your favorite shows seamlessly during your stay.



Parking is ample, with space for up to 5 vehicles: 3 spots on the right side of the driveway and 2 on the left when facing the house.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to all amenities, including a serene hot tub oasis, modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a Samsung TV. Enjoy the convenience of ample parking for up to five vehicles and the privacy of a fully fenced backyard.



Self-entry via electronic lock means easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.



Other Things to Note:

** House Rules **

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



Access to the Home:

Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees

Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.

Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM

Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:

You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

Unfortunately we DO NOT ALLOW any Pets at the property. Any uninformed pets will result in a $300 fine.



Parking:

Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.



Smoking:

No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



Damages:

Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



Internet Usage:

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



Trash:

Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
