Lovely basement apartment with separate entrance, kitchen, and oversized couch perfect for family time or sprawling out after a long day. With a full kitchen and work desk you can live and work here comfortably while you visit Washington, DC. The property is only a four minute walk to the Metro, Trader Joe's grocery store, parks, and the dining in Barracks row, making it a great way to experience the amenities of DC while still retaining residential surroundings instead of the hectic sounds of downtown. The included garage (fitting a sedan or mid-size SUV) allows for guests to bring their vehicle without worrying about confusing street parking rules. Garage dimensions are as follows - Length 18 1/4 ft, Width 10 ft, Height 6 2/3 ft

Nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay, very cute & clean property. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. And liked the location of the property, was very close to the Metro, and easy to get around.

Great place

We visited DC for a week and stayed at this great place! It was exactly like the pictures, clean, and a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will hopefully be back again!

Great stay

We came for a short trip to see a concert at The Anthem - our stay was clean, quiet, & comfortable! Plenty of room, full kitchen, great neighborhood, easy check in process. Communication with host was seamless. Would look forward to returning in the future!

Great space, amenities and location

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was excellent with communication and the space was perfect for our family. We loved the amenities like supplied coffee and shampoo/soap for the shower. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and the Mall.

We had SUCH a nice stay at Jonathan's property. Myself, my husband and our 8 year old son were quite comfortable in the space. The neighborhood felt super safe and being within walking distance of Barracks Row and the Eastern Market Metro stop was incredibly convenient. Jonathan was quick to reply to any messages we sent him and seemed invested in ensuring our stay was a pleasant one. The beds were very comfortable (even, surprisingly, the pullout couch!) and everything was well maintained and clean. I was actually impressed that with cream colored carpets he has been able to keep them so relatively spotless with renters coming and going. We plan to return to DC in the future and would absolutely stay here again.

Check-in was seamless and easy. Quaint neighborhood you'd never guess was just 2 blocks away from Pennsylvania Ave. Excellent location!! 2 blocks to Metro bus and subway stops made it very nice to get around and save some walking. Less than a mile to the Library of Congress and start of the National Mall. It's also just a couple blocks away from several great eating spots and a CVS. Apartment was awesome!! Very clean with a relaxing living room, full kitchen, and comfortable bed. Garage was convenient to not have to worry about parking. Would stay again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Awesome DC Capital Hill apartment. Very clean, comfortable and modern. Great location with excellent walk ability to all services including restaurants and Metro. Added bonus of garage. Amazing all around apartment. Host are great as well. Look forward to staying again.
