This large, beautiful family home in the first ocean block is located on a wide-open quiet street, this historic North Rehoboth home is literally just a 2.5 minute easy walk to the beach or boardwalk and an easy stroll to tennis and pickle courts, tot lot, and in town - fine dining. The very long, spacious enclosed wrap around porch is the heart of the house with space for everyone to come together or spread out. A big family dining room with brand new wet bar and ice maker, is perfect for meals and entertaining.

Additional features: outdoor shower, beach chairs and bicycles, two decks for dining and sunbathing and fully fenced back yard. Two zone WiFi and 56” and 55” and 24” smart TVs, central AC/heat, washer & dryer, brand new kitchen counters and sinks, Keureg coffeemaker or drip, microwave, double oven, new propane stove, 2 full size refrigerators, dishwasher. One downstairs bedroom and four up. As in many historic homes, the stairs are steep. Note the master bedroom is upstairs and includes bunkbeds that a larger group might find very convenient. This is a pet-friendly home but limited to one dog with fee.

Parking is a premium near the beach. The off-street driveway can accommodate two cars and the owner is lending two on-street parking passes for guest use during their stay for no additional cost but must be returned.
