Excellent location. Balcony and beach view were excellent. Some of the beds were not comfortable at all. Noticed some bugs in kitchen and bathroom areas. Had a nice relaxing visit.

Overall, it was clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with the items you may need. The view is incredible. We loved it here and definitely will be back in the future

Beautiful condo, loved sitting out on balcony and hanging out-gorgeous views! Very clean, would definitely stay again. Had an issue with door code checking in but even after hours customer service had issue fixed within 10 minutes-much appreciated!

1103 is a beautiful condo. The views are perfect and the balcony is HUGE! The star of the condo. The beds are very comfortable also.

Location was great right on the beach. My only complaints are we had to go through three different codes before we had one that actually worked. However, customer service was extremely helpful. Also had a minor bug problem. My thoughts are they were coming from another unit, but we killed a bug or two on a daily basis. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful, very relaxing.

Quick Getaway

Loved the view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

Very nice place, beautiful view. I've vacationed all over Florida and Texas and Orange Beach is by far the most up to date and clean city. We had a blast walking the beach, looking for shells, and then coming back to a beautiful condo to wind down for the evening.

The beach view was gorgeous and the sounds of the waves on the shore was hypnotic. Communication with the management company was excellent. Responses were fast and any issues were quickly resolved.

Great condo

Condo was clean. We had trouble when first arrived with our door code but it was resolved quickly. Condo did not have any extras such as salt/pepper, coffee filters etc but we were prepared for that. Excellent view! Elevator was fast and the indoor pool was nice. Would come back here.

Nice building and location

The check-in experience was terrible. They provide a wrong passcode and we had to stay outside on a hot summer sun for 2 hours. We called the asset mgmt several times with no much of help. The condo owner didn't even response back to our text or call.Beside the non-working microwave, the condo is clean and meet my expectation.

Orange Beach was a great place to visit!The views of the beach and the ocean were beautiful and the dolphins were fun to watch. We have stayed in several places and this location was great!The host was easy to work with and prompt with their communication. The condo was spacious and well furnished. We made several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed, but no condiments.We had 6 people in our group and we had plenty of room to move around without being on top of each other. The beds were firm but overall comfortable.The limited toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry soap didn’t get us through the week and we might suggest doubling that. The cleanliness of the condo was quite disappointing! We spent about an hour sweeping floors which had sand, food crumbs and hair on them. There were crumbs on the counters and hair in the bathroom shower. The toilet in the master bathroom was disgusting with long-term grime along the sides, base and on the back of the seat. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned well for awhile!The check-in process required 3 different codes and the assistance from the watch-guard who helped us contact Liquid Life(property management)We were also disappointed that the all sports court was undergoing construction and had no lines or lights to play pickleball or other games. We would stay here again for the location, but not with this property mngmt!

Beautiful view! Balcony was great for hanging out. If there would have been a lounge chair or hammock I would have slept out there! Very clean unit! Pool was awesome as well as great beach access. Thanks for a great beach vacation!

Overall, stay was average. Beds in smaller rooms were very creaky. We replaced both shower curtains as they had mold. We did see cockroaches every now and then and small water bugs on kitchen counter. Building is old, so not surprised. Could use an exterminator. Dryer takes a little longer than your average dryer to dry things with an average size load. Only 3 hangers in condo. luckily, we brought our own. Everything else was nice. 2nd time in 2 years staying in this complex. Going to look elsewhere on next trip.

I’m glad most things were nice overall, and I’m sorry your stay fell short with creaky beds, moldy shower curtains, sightings of cockroaches and water bugs, the slow dryer, and too few hangers — that’s not acceptable. I’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We’ve replaced the shower curtains and are inspecting for any mold, scheduled an exterminator visit to address pests and ongoing prevention, asked maintenance to inspect and repair or replace bed frames/mattresses to stop the creaking, and will evaluate the dryer for repair or replacement. We’ve also restocked hangers and added extras. We appreciate you returning to the complex and for letting us know where we need to improve. Thank you — we’ll use this to improve future stays.
